Purchased a NEW FR Evo trailer in Feb 2024 from the Pasco **. We chose Pasco as it had a better variety of the style we were looking for than the ** that is closer to us as we live 5 hours away. Buyers remorse once we got the trailer home. A few items (broken toilet) caused us not to use until fixed. Took unit to closest ** ************. Along with the list we had of defects to repair, additional review with their team found three penetrations in the roof membrane. Two of the areas looked as if a 3rd grader was given a tube of caulking to fix, messy and the holes were still visible. Very obvious that some one saw the damage and attempted to repair without success. Calls and texts to the Pasco store sharing our disbelief that a NEW trailer would be passed on like this didnt get any attention. Ive sent communication to the corporate customer service and received a call and time for conversation. I laughed when they said lets hope when you pick up your trailer its as good as new I replied I hope not as I see what your example of new looks like!I would just like these issues fixed. We have owned the NEW trailer 19 weeks, and its been in the shop 3 times for a total of 9 weeks. We have only been able to do 1 overnight trip before needing to take it back for additional repairs. 3 times for the power lift keeps blowing fuse (only replace fuse for repair), 2 times for toilet (and just found out they dont have the part to fix the newly installed toilet until mid July) so it will be a third trip for the toilet repair. 2 times to address damaged frig (the dents in the frog door appeared during its first visit to the shop, re-ordered and replacement door arrived damaged and now we wait for another to arrive)Greatly disappointed Pasco would sell a NEW trailer with 3 penetrations in the roof seal, major disappointment with the Liberty Lake repair shop. Major disappointment with quality of FR All around, a terrible purchase, service, and repairs.
