The manager that was working 06/20/23 around 7:pm and a young lady with glasses on the shorter side. The employee made a $10. Pizza and it was burnt I mean burnt. She had absolutely so much attitude. I mean when you take 2 families and buy the tickets and popcorn sodas candy and pizza. Your spending money. You go with the intention of enjoying your time with your family. its not like youre going somewhere miserable youre supposed to be able to relax and enjoy your time. We are talking about a pizza asking them to make a new one. I also said instead of throwing it away you guys can eat it since were not going to be able to eat it they want to serve it because its something that they would eat then they can eat it, the manager at the time had a loud, the eye rolling the arms flaring, absolutely being rude, and he was acting like a privileged little boy I asked him why he was acting like an a** he told me to get out and I said no he said he would call the cops and I said go ahead he didnt ask the employee what the number was for a non-emergency I figured if it was bad enough to call the cops what does it matter with nonemergency or 911 causing so much drama. I couldnt believe how rude and threatening customers with things he didnt like. Both families will NOT be returning. We have 3 other theaters with better customer service
