    August 30th 2024.I order the product a timer k*** for a GE DRYER GTD42GASJ2WW, ORDER NUMBER PM8892618 I am unable to track my order when I attempt to track my order, it's suggested I downloaded (shop)app in order to track my order. I downloaded the app and it was leading me to other stuff I uninstall the app I couldn't reach them by telephone ,I left messages I need my money returned. !

    I ordered a part for my dryer from this company. I received a fake tracking number and never received the item and am unable to reach their customer service through phone or no reply to email. A refund or actually receiving the part would be fair
