    All of this started july 10th. I need to sell my house so i can move home and be with my mom who is sick with cancer. They have already made me miss a buyer. First they blew their estimate by over 5k. As soon as they removed roof they said it needed all new sheeting instead of what they said. Then i caught them lying and trying to steal. Told me they had changed insulation when they hadn't. Then they were done I noticed that there were a lot of dips and waves that were not there before. I pointed it out and asked why there were any dips since they supposedly replaced all sheeting. They ended up blaming the people that brought ******** and said they broke trusses. They also said there were defects in shingles so shingle company agreed to replace them and pay for man hours to do so. Guys that brought ******** sent their own inspector and they said there's no way it was there fault. That no trusses were broken. I argued with them a couple days and they agreed to pay me some money just in good faith and put in writing that it wasn't for damagesand that the trusses weren't broke. I told integrity this but they insisted it was their fault. They then said they would fix everything for the money that *********** gave me. 4 months later they take my shingles and sheeting off and lied how they were gonna fix them. I caught them and now they stopped and left my roof tarped. Now saying that all money myself and shingle company paid them is all for nothing. 40+ k and we gotta start over. Water is also coming into my home now. They should've stopped in July and addressed the trusses if they were damaged instead of roofing them. When they took roof off again there were no broken trusses. They tried to scissor in wood on the trusses without permits. Then i caught them. Now my house is being ruined by water and i have no heat for my kids and myself cause they demolished my fireplace. Please help us!!! There's a lot more to the story also but I'm out of room

    I also want the bbb to know that I hasn't a very small house.  My roof really couldn't be any simpler.  The reason I had a new roof put on was because I had 1 dip in back of my house that was leaking.  I got 6 estimates done.  It off the 6 I picked integrity.  But I wanna talk a little about the 2nd 10k they took from me.  It was literally just to pay for everything that I already paid for the first time. Except it was just way more expensive the 2nd time because the shingles and most the labor was also paid to him by the malarkey company.. So he's charged just me over 30 thousand dollars at this point.  This is also November now in complete rain and cold season.  He tells me that he'll fix all the dips for the money *** gave me.  He was persistent I have him the money they gave me.  All though I have in writing from *** that the trusses were not broke and that other spots of the house are as bad if not worse than that spot. Which I told ****** about but he wouldn't listen.  Either way he said he'd do it for that money.  That he'd be taking a big loss but he'd do it.  I have all the emails and texts him telling me all this. They finally show up to do the work while I'm at work and the boss of job. His name is **** called and said they couldn't finish that day so would be back in next day to finish up.  I said no problem but was amazed cause contract said they'd be there a week and need to get a portable restroom and put a couple trusses in. So I said wow you already got trusses in? **** said they just got here.  I said ok and hung up.  I went home about hour later and they didn't have trusses. They had about 30 34's nailing them to the side of every one of my trusses. It made me upset cause ****** told me I couldn't do the same work myself which I wanted to do but he told me L&I would need involved.  So I asked chuy what they were doing and he told me ********** in trusses. I said that's not what he said they would do and he said yeah it was.  We argued a second and he called ****** and I told him they weren't supposed to be doing that.  He argued it was.  I told him just finish the roof all though I'm sure they were doing wrong.  He said if I do now then you could try to get us in trouble.  I did I wouldn't.  My mom is sick it's been almost 6 months.  I gotta sell this house and go.  But he was still worried so he shut down the job.  While my roof is oft he shuts it down.  Gets ahold of L&I and tried to act like he was checking if what they did was ok. About 10 days go by and they said no it would need engineering.  But it'd be about 3 weeks beefier they could be out.  So I'm supposed to have no roof in full rain and cold season for God knows how long while he took away my only source of heat for me and my family.  My heater is broke.  I really on my fireplace.  They demolished it so we've been freezing.  Add in writing this we can see our breath.  I told chuy this at beginning of day that be sure they put pipes back on because we had to have it for heat.  He emailed back no problem.  Well ****** shut job down and I get a email that said I can't use fireplace at all.  And now water is dripping from 2 of my bedrooms.  I think mold could start growing.  He also used half the new shingles and ran the electrical through all the 24s but told me I'd **** to pay 200 an hour for electrician if it needed moved.  And there's really still more but that covers some of the problems I've had so far.  Sorry for the length. But there's a lot to say.  This has truly been a complete nightmare

    Sorry I forgot to mention that when he told me L&I wouldn't accept what they'd done all though that were leading me along saying that they probably would because they weren't changing the structure.  He told me what do you want to do? An engineer will be a few weeks out and it's gonna cost a fee. Or keep a tarp on it forever? While water is dripping from my ceilings. So all 30 plus thousand I've spent too this point is just gone? And I know what L&I would do.  Draw up new trusses and probably be another 40 plus thousand.  The roof has already taken all my money. I told him I'm broke.  I'm single dad that gets absolutely zero help and barely keeping food on table already.  Planned to be moved back with my sick mother by now.  Can't even afford to get my heater fixed.  Right before the holidays ****** does this to me.  But he says it's your house we will close it up if you want.  Knowing I'm desperate to get it done and get back to normal.  He was quite persistent on trying to get me to close it.  He knows that I would go against L&i. All the stuff he'd done to my house like use half the new donated shingles on a roof that needs tore back off again to install new trusses would no longer be his problem.  He knew I'd asked him to just close it before he called them.  Can't imagine the story he really told L&I. So he hoped I'd just told him yes. Knowing it would fail inspection and my family would be stuck here.  But he'd have in writing i told him to.  But instead I'm reaching out for help.  My house is in bad shape thanks to integrity roffing

    I just wanted to tell you that the ceilings in the rooms with water coming in them now are getting soft.  Which means they are completely absorbed with water.  I also painted the other day before it started raining and it hadn't dried yet before it started. When the rain dripped down my wall it took wet paint with it and got paint I can't remove into my carpet.  And when they removed my fireplace they screwed up the ceiling around the pipes.  I'd have to show you to know what I mean but it's definitely messed up.  Also made it to where the box at the top of my pipes has gaps that smoke can now enter my house through.  So much damage.  I was also reading my original contract and it said they were supposed to put extra layer of ice and water shield over my entire roof.  I was watching the video I took of them putting on the replacement shingles and noticed that they did not.  Even though in contract it's in bold letters telling them to.  I know I've thrown a lot at you last couple days but this is what's happened since I hired them.  And they act like all this is what I signed up for.  They even laugh at me for bringing some of these things up.  My kids are so cold that they are mad at me for doing something about them putting the 24s along side my trusses. Say I should've just let them finish.  That at least we'd hand heat.  I just tell them that we can't let people get away with doing us like they are.  And that I'm sorry they are cold.  Anyways that's it for now.  Which they're is still more I could say.  I think I've at least told you about the damages. The ones I've noticed anyways.  I've called kingston building inspector but am waiting to hear back.  Thanks for your time

    Can't we get a news crew to come do a quick story on it. Black mold is taking over.  I still don't have heart.  My family and myself and also my home are suffering. We are all constantly have running noses. My electric bill is 10 times more than normal just trying to keep it warm.  I still hasn't a tarp on my roof. It's the wettest time of the year.  And this is all during the holidays.  And there is so much more.  They refuse to fix anything.  I feel like we need to warn people if nothing else before they do this to another single parent

    Regarding your claim of a $5,000 overcharge, we can assure you that the costs did not exceed that amount. Upon inspection, we discovered significant framing damage to the manufactured home, which was not visible until the roof layers were removed. We did change the insulation and have provided photos to document the work completed.
    We also want to address your concern about stolen property. We assure you that nothing was taken. The roofing materials were loaded by *** Supply in a single location on the roof, which led to truss damage due to uneven weight distribution. We have photographic evidence of this, showing that the damage was caused by **********. After we informed them, they provided you with compensation for the damage.
    As for the delay in completing the work, we were required to halt construction while awaiting an engineering permit from the ***************************** This is a common issue that roofing companies face when working on manufactured homes, which is why many avoid these types of projects.
    We understand your frustration and have made sure to send you all the relevant evidence and documentation regarding the situation. We truly hope this helps clarify the circumstances.

    Roof redone in July and August 2022.Multiple complaints about damaged fascia boards, exposed roof framing and inadequate flashing. Some resolution after complaints but not fully resolved. Exposed framing/structure wood at peak of roof, 1 fascia board not replaced and flashing at wall/siding inadequate.
