Bought a truck from them a little over a year ago already been worked on 3 times now has to get worked on again. With the price of the truck and all the money put into working onto it we could of bought something brand new. This place is garbage. I've bought 2 cars from carhop in the past and didn't even have to have them worked on as much as getting a vehicle from this place. They did pay for the last repair aftet complaining. I just want others to steer clear of wasting your money.

We would like to ask ****************** to reach out to our customer care team to get more information about the vehicle issues.

Please call ************** or email ****************************

I just filled a complaint with you guys & the main picture I have to show my evidence was never included in my ************* guys closed the complaint so had to file again. But once again I put 2 down payments on a truck, one was the amount of $500, the second one was for $2000, & was not given credit for the $2000 deposit & then they charged me for $549 for the Anti-theft aftermarket that was never messed with or anything done to & never agreed upon or descussed with me! The paperwork that I signed was all done digitally on a little pad why the Financial guy was ******* through just saying sign here & since I was paying cash I didn't really think much off it & could not see the computer & never seen the documents that were signed & the registration that was all put in a packet & in glovebox when they brought me the *********** didn't look them over for about a week & instantly started emailing & calling them about the problem but was quickly brushed off & ignored. I did receive with my title a check for $96 dollars or something that they over charged me for the licensing fees. But never the $2000.00 deposit or ever talked to about why I was billed the $549.00 for anything to do with the Anti-theft system since there was nothing wrong with it when I test drove it and it had 2 sets of ********** fobs to the factory *************** that needed to be done to the Anti-theft and there was NOTHING CHANGED OR DONE to the Anti-theft to charge me the $549.00 that I was and paperwork hidden from me & not allowed to see what I was signing in itself constitutes FRAUD for Non disclosure & not meeting of the minds! And in the last complaint I filed Northwest Motorsports claims to have a check written for the amount of $15,584.00 but never showed proof and I want a copy of it If they are claiming so. So once again I'm including 3 documents in this complaint 3 pictures, the ************** of $17,584.00, and the 2 reciepts to show the $500.00 deposit and the $2000.00 deposit.

      Business Response

      Date: 11/23/2022

Once again, we attached all the paperwork that is relevant to this claim. Also attached is the check for $15,584.90 on page 6 of the attachment.
We asked **************** for a copy of the transactions and a copy of the check we cashed from his bank. We cannot look further into this issue without that information.

A copy of the original paperwork was all given to **************** upon purchase. The anti-theft system was already installed on the vehicle and nothing further had to be done.

      Thank you.

on 09/10/22 we went to NWMS and we agreed to purchase a Jeep . In this deal we negotiated wheels/tires/ and lift and they agreed to have it done at their cost . So in doing so we signed documentation and the "we owe " provided by them said they owe wheels/tires/ lift and we were not given an allowance nor was it wrote on the paperwork . We were told to take it to ******************* in edgewood and get the work done . We had never been given and amount . But when we were signing documents the Sales manager **** showed a picture of another jeep that had 6" lift with 37" tires we opted for less I showed him on his lot what I was wanting . So we took it to ******************* and dealt with them up there and they said they would send the quote to NWMS . So 09/23/22 is when we went to ******************* . The following Monday I called ******************* and they were still trying to get an approval from NWMS . On 09/26/22 i got a call from sales manager **** accusing me of trying to spend $10k I was like no not even true as my cost was like $6000 so I don't know where he got these #'s from At this point he tells me you have $5000 to spend and you are to pay the balance . At this point ******************* already ordered the stuff to install . So we went and got them installed . We paid the difference . I then contacted a Sales Manager *** 10/19 to express what happened here was wrong and he pulled the documents and he said yes the we owe should of showed you an allowance and you should have been tld that . he apologized said he would get us refunded . I then had to call him / email him multiple times he would say it was handled or sent out . today 11/10/22 when I called and was told they will not be reimbursing us and that the text 09/26 is what they are sticking to . our loan paperwork was signed 09/10/22 saying they were covering wheels/tires/ lift. As you will see in the attached we owe there is no allowance listed

      To whom it may concern,

********** purchased the vehicle for the price of $37,755.00 and then added $5,000.00 to the price to include a lift, tire and wheel package.
Attached are the two documents showing this.
The original selling price of $37,755.00 stating does not include tires and wheels, then the second page adding $5,000.00 to the price to $42,755.00 with $5,000.00 towards lift, tire and wheel installation.
The total for the lift and tire package ********** picked came to $5,500.48. ********** went to ******************* and paid the difference of $500.48 on 10.08.22 knowing she was responsible for the balance.

My apologies for the delay as I missed the email from last week as I was out of coverage.
This is still unresolved . Per their provided documentation you will see that yes the price went up $5000 and was to include the tires/wheels/ lift package in that .  Those documents provided by them were the verbal agreement for the sale price to include tires, wheels & lift . We were shown a picture from the sales manager that was agreed upon but the picture is no where to be found .  In the legal written documentation of the sale it says the wheels, lift & tires were to be included but there was no specified allowance on the legal loan "we owe" documentation . It wasn't until we went to ******************* and had the tires/ wheels/ lift ordered that we learned we had a balance of $500+  . That is also when I reached out to the sales manager and he text me saying we were responsible for the balance . Which was almost a month after signing the legal loan documentation saying the wheels/lift/ tires were included in the sale price of $42755.00.

      Thank you,
      ***********************

We sent in the copies of the signed documents where the tires and lift kit were in question. The $5,000.00 added to the total price of the vehicle was for the purchase of a tire and lift kit. The package ********** chose went over that amount.

Attached is a screenshot of a conversation between ********** and one of our sales managers that was helping her. She sent the quote amount, and the manager explained that she had $5,000.00 to spend and she was responsible for the difference.

We believe that the information about the purchase of the lift kit and tires was fully explained to and acknowledged by **********, and we do not owe her the difference in price.

I put 2 deposits on my debit card for a total of $2500 and was not given credit for them in final payment and the company has blown me off for all issues of me trying to resolve the matter before filing a lawsuit, I have all paperwork to prove and back up the amount of money owed. Plus would like an explanation of another $549 in aftermarket parts that were not put on the vehicle and were never discussed about doing anything to vehicle to bill me that amount.

      To whom it may concern,
We have diligently looked at all the paperwork for ****************** vehicle purchase.
The $549.00 Aftermarket charge was for the Vehicle Anti-theft System. We attached the signed agreement forms.
The total cash price of the vehicle was $27,584.90. **************** paid 2 deposits in the amount of $500.00, and $2,000.00, and had a trade in value of $9,500.00. The remaining balance was paid by check in the amount of $15,584.90. The buyers order, check, and receipts for the deposit are all attached.
**************** paid what was owed and we are confident there is no issue of overpayment.

I am rejecting because give me till Monday morning when I can get my bank statements downloaded on here and show you that I paid more than what they are saying and that would mean that they are constituting fraud by saying that they have signatures on other documents that prove their payment is right so I will be getting a hold of the attorney general if they don't want to give me my $3,000 and filing for the $60,000 that title 18 allows me and criminal charges so Monday I will download my bank statements and go from there

As u can see I paid $17,584.not the amount that northwest motorsports claims

      Customer Answer

      Date: 11/10/2022

Because if u would look at my messages I've responded to u guys before but not on this hub you guys only received 2 of the 3 documents (pictures) I sent so now I'll include the 3td one but will just send all 3 so I can see Northwest Motorsports is lying and now fordging documents if they claim to have one with my signature in the amount of $15,000 like they are claiming but not producing so I can file criminal charges after I see it but here is my final bill and the amount I paid with my signature for $17,584 and can see that I did receive credit for the $500 deposit but they illegally charged me for aftermarket equipment that wasn't installed on my truck and never talked about i was never shown these documents why signing it was all done electronic and on computer and I couldn't see the screen but since I was paying vehicle off in full didn't think I had to worry about this crap! All the paperwork was in the glove box after they brought me the truck to leave in! You can also see I got $9500 for trade in value and now I want copies of the paperwork they claim to have cause of I need to I'll produce my bank statements that show all transactions from them, the $17,584 check, a $500 debit charge, and a $2000 debit charge, and they also tried running my debit card for $5000 five times but we're denied thank God! Well there is my proof if these guys wanna not pay I need copies of their documents for my criminal charges I'll be filling and if u really need more evidence from me which I don't see why hurry and let me know so I can take a day off work and drive 3 hours

I bought a truck from northwest motorsports in 2019. They never transferred the *** to my name. I only found this out recently when I attempted to file an insurance claim on ************ insurance flagged it as fraud since the *** number name doesn't match me or my ex husband. I contacted the police thinking it was a stolen tag or *** number. Nope. The dealership never transferred it to me and my ex husband. I got told by the police when they ran the *** through NCIC that it shows a different owner and shows this owner had a title issued to him last year for my vehicle. I was told I cannot drive it until the issue is fixed because it's felony fraud. I've been paying on a truck for 3 yrs that is registered to me but not technically mine.

Out side of ******** on a national scale it shows someone else according to the insurance company and the authorities. The insurance company won't even process a claim for it because it's been flagged as fraud due to the mix up in VIN numbers. We purchased a 2016 Chevrolet Tahoe from them on August 12, 2022. Upon completion of the sale on our drive home from the dealership the vehicle threw a code for the lift and leveling system and the suspension system. We called our salesman ************************** and informed him, he told us to bring it in when we had time. We informed him we would be traveling out of town the following day for a vacation and asked if it would be ok to bring it in when we returned home and he told us that would be fine. Upon our return from vacation the truck was shuddering and shifting hard. We then took it into a repair shop where we were informed the transmission would need to be replaced. They also diagnosed the code the vehicles was throwing for the lift and leveling and suspension system. Even though we called RJ to inform him of the code the day we bought it the dealership is refusing to fix it.

I Purchased an extended warrantee plan for my truck when I bought it from Northwest motorsports on January 5th 2018 that was to cover 5 years and ****** miles from date of purchase. This was a used truck, however they put on the contract that it was a new truck causing the contract to expire when the odometer hit ****** mile rather than ****** miles from current Odometer reading like what was explained to me and what is written in the contract. after trying to contact the dealer, a salesman said no, warranty only goes to ****** miles and even if you bought a truck with ***** miles it would expire in ****** this is not what the contract states for used vehicle. I am currently without a vehicle due to my truck being broke down and with premium package I was to have a rental care while repairs could be made. This dealership will not even let me speak to manager or manager will not return my calls so that I can get this taken care of. while purchasing this care there were many errors in contract. they even registered it as an electric vehicle the first year so the second year when I paid to register it I had to pay the electric vehicle tax.

The finance manager sent over a new contract to Ally/Vehicle One and talked to a representative and is in review, but the decision is on them if they can re-structure the contract. I am rejecting this response because:  *********** made a mistake when completing the warranty.  I did not even get ********************************************** the ******************* you can not list a vehicle as new if it has over 200 miles or has been registered by another owner.  the dealership made multiple mistakes when setting up my contracts to include listing it as an electric vehicle, did not provide me with 2 sets of keys when a separate warranty I purchased required it.  Now that my vehicle is down and I need to warranty that I purchased they fail to own up to their mistakes to correct the problem.  I only request what I paid for and nothing else.  I understand mistakes are made everyday, but own up to them.  Don't say we **** all vehicles as new cause that gets you a better warranty, that is incorrect.  I got less than ***** miles and Premium package is offered for used vehicles.  it states that for used it is to go from odometer reading and clearly a vehicle with ***** miles is no where near a new vehicle especially when it is 4 years old.  They just wanted the sale.  When buying the truck I was going to take my current vehicle home and pick the truck up the next day to give myself time to think but was pressured into taking the truck so I would have no course but to buy it.  definatly will never recommend this business to anyone else.

      Sincerely,

I have highlighted all of the areas pertaining to this case.  I do not believe they should have been able to sell me the New vehicle plan considering my vehicle was over 4 years old when purchasing it, has ***** miles on it and in the ******************* from everything I have gathered, you can not list a vehicle as new if it has over 200 miles or has been registered by a prior owner before.  It is a clear mistake of checking the wrong box.  the manager I spoke to tells me that they select New vehicle cause it gives you a better contract.  I do not see how this is true since by doing this I got less than ******* mile warranty, and Premium coverage level is available in both New and USED contract plans.  this is purely a salesman error or them just upselling warranties for money.  preying on the customer that is to excited about getting what they believe is a decent vehicle for a change.

      To whom it may concern,

The reason New Vehicle is checked on the warranty is to make sure the customer has the best coverage. The ************* as well as the Finance director, spoke with ****************, and discussed the reason. **************** had the best coverage we could offer. The vehicle was still under factory warranty and the extended warranty covers up to odometer reading of 100k miles,OR 5 years, whatever comes first. Used Vehicle would be marked if there is no factory warranty on the vehicle. There was no mistake while writing up the warranty. The warranty expired at 100k miles on the vehicle.

I am rejecting this response because:

There response is incorrect.  the warranty was available as Premium package for Used vehicle as well as new vehicle.  There was no extra coverage given due to them selecting NEW VEHICLE.  that is evident in the contract itself for when you read what is covered.  This dealership is only trying to not accept that they made a mistake.  The Extended warranty only covered the time period from which the Manufacture warranty already was covering.  When speaking to every representative at Vehicle One they informed me that the Dealership did in fact click the wrong box for what my vehicle was.  it should have been for a Used Vehicle.  I have also contacted many other Warranty companies and they also informed me that their practice of clicking New Vehicle for a vehicle that was not New is not what is to be done.

Their statement that by clicking New vehicle gave me better coverage holds absolutely no weight whatsoever. Not only did I not get the ******* mile coverage that was promised to me, I got less than ****** which is the standard mileage coverage for Extended warranty packages after ******* miles.  the warranty they sold me relied heavily on the manufacture warranty till it expired and then it would take over.  There was no extra coverage after that that would not have been covered by clicking used vehicles.

As a Disabled Combat veteran I fought for honor and integrity.  These qualities are far from evident in this Dealerships handling of the paperwork they are bound and trusted to of the customers they claim to serve.  I can not believe they would continue to sit and claim they sold me the best warranty by selecting New Vehicle when in the very description it shows they short changed me.  Even if the mileage would only be ****** by selecting used vehicle, I would have had longer coverage on my vehicle.  I was informed by Vehicle one however that had they selected Used Vehicle, with the mileage the vehicle would have qualified for 100,00 miles. They can clearly read all of their errors however they would rather hold to their story that they did right.  For shame on Northwest Motor Sports.

They treat their veterans and their past customers with pure disrespect shown in these actions.

      Sincerely,

      ***********************

I took my truck to get appraised to possibly trade it in. While I was at the salesman desk, another employee test drove my truck. After speaking to the salesman I decided I would return later to make a decision on trade in. When the salesman was walking me back to my truck he stated that my truck was in their shop now. For a supposed stuck sun roof. Never had this issue before. When I was driving off their lot, a check engine light came on, again never had this issue before. After speaking with one of their shop hands that I know personally, he confirmed the Northwest Motorsports(Pasco location) employee that test drove my truck, drove it like he stole it and hot rodded it.

      To whom it may concern:

Our General Sales Manager test drove Mr. ******** vehicle himself. When considering a vehicle for trade, there is an inspection process we follow to ensure the customer gets the best value. The route we use to test drive potential trade-ins has a speed limit of 35 mph, therefore the vehicle is only driven up to that speed. Upon testing the sunroof, the sunroof stuck and then began working when a second attempt was made. In total the sunroof was opened and closed 6 times and stuck once. In addition to the sunroof sticking there was a traction control light on as well,so our GSM pulled the vehicle into the shop to get it checked out. Just as we had the vehicle ** in the air to inspect ****************** asked to take the truck. There was no check engine light on at that time and since we did not have an opportunity to scan the vehicle, we were unable to pull up any stored codes. Our GSM reached out to ****************** on 7/29/2022 to see if he would like us to see why the check engine light came on, and our offer was declined.

Purchased my truck 4 months ago at this location. 2019 F350 atinum. Have not received my license plate or finance documents since purchasing truck. Now have had to come back for 2 temporary trip permits this week this will be the 3rd. I bought the truck from ***** at this location. I spoke to the bank and they said they have been waiting on documentation from NWMS. I'm beginning to wonder if theres a reason they haven't been able to provide me this license or finance docs regarding my purchase.

      To whom it may concern

We would like to first apologize for the lack of communication between our staff and *********************. We have been working diligently to obtain the title for Mr.Champeauxs vehicle from America 1st Credit Union who was the lien holder for the customer who traded in the vehicle. America 1st CU stated they never received the title when the vehicle was originally purchased prior to being traded into Northwest Motorsport and therefore would need to apply for a duplicate title. The duplicate title application was submitted to the ****** DMV (where the vehicle was originally purchased) and the duplicate title was issued on June 15th and mailed it to America 1st CU. America 1st CU confirmed receipt of the title and that they had mailed it to us. What they ended up sending was another release of lien rather than the actual title. After numerous phone calls we were finally able to connect with a representative of America 1st CU who pulled the loan file, confirmed the title was still in their possession and agreed to mail it.
We were able to rush order the license plates after resolving the title issue and they are in the mail to ********************** and should be arriving by July 29th 2022.
