We were referred to doyal construction from our long time realtor. We hire his business to do a remodeling project for us that ended up being one of our worst nightmares all while going through just losing my father to *****. Me. Doyal hired a contracted contractor and made so many promises that were never done alone with more damage than work! They were paid OVER 30k for this project that after 8 long months never got done. This along with two projects that were cancelled due to time and we have yet to see that refund or any effort what so ever to make it right for us! This contractor cut our HVAC and we now have absolutely NO HEAT and living with no kitchen and no heat! We hired them in February so almost a full year and again had made no effort to make it right just excuse after excuse damage after damage and he was aware of absolutely everything!!!! I have every single text message and email with all my concerns. We have and will be taking this further especially due to the cutting of our HVAC. We are still paying for things to be fixed and then paying more to have it completed! As a previous business owner myself I would have done what ever it took to make it right for MY PAYING customers especially being referred and paying over thirty thousand for a small condo kitchen that still sits with NOTHING but cabinets that we paid for! In the process of fixing things we have also had issues with his measurements and have had to rip several cabinets out to make it right so we are still losing money. Sad he was aware of all this and again did nothing to make it right !!!
