    11/21 i damaged my undersides in the front. $8000 Cash. when I received My 2009 Camry back later the so-called Tech did not do anything correct and forget parts but add to the damage that I paid to fix. Puyallup of Toyota did not fix my car at all. Also my passenger side of the hood started to raise up due to the Tech slamming the hood down. Took my $$ They repaired damages not done buy the Certified tech. *********************** says that tech or service was not employed there anymore the 11/21 fix gave me a loaner and bought 2 tires for the front end from *************** in Puyallup. A/C wasn't working in 2/14/2024 from another recharge of A/C previously the year before at a cost off $400 cash. on 11/24 I took it for the fix. Found the A/C Evaporator was bad. Permission to replace it was given. After over a week i went to get my car. When I went out the inside was a disastrous and my Dashboard is destroyed by a Toyota Cert Tech I think they Sent it to Puyallup high for training. The Tech used a screwdriver to take my dashboard off. It will cost $1500 to fix. *********************** Authorized a total refund but I am not Welcome back there. Great Biz Attitude. I have documents and pix and vids and a check to verify

    ******************** owns a 2009 Toyota Camry that has been "well-used".  Every time he visits our service department, he accuses us of damaging something on his vehicle, overcharging him, he questions the bill, asks for discounts, asks for some type of goodwill, etc. On his latest visit, he came in for a major air conditioning repair, which involved removing the dash.  After the repair was completed, he accused one of our 30-year master diagnostic technicians of damaging his dash.  Note - the dash was already in bad shape due to the age and overall poor condition of the vehicle.  Our service manager spoke with ******************** and said that our technician was not incapable of error, but there's no way he caused the damage ******************** was accusing us of.  Since these type of accusations have gone on for so many years, our service manager politely asked that he take his business elsewhere.  In fact, we refunded him the entire cost of the repair ($2869.05) and asked that he discontinue doing business with us. He agreed and left with his check. He returned several days later and asked our General Manager to pay for his dash. This is the type of dealings ******************** is known for. He's done this so many times we actually have a note in his file to only deal direct with our service manager because he would manipulate other advisors into paying for things we didn't cause. Our reputation with the BBB and other agencies is one of the best in the business.  We pride ourselves in taking great care of our customers.  Sometimes, we have to make the difficult decision to part ways with a customer.  We don't take this lightly.  However, there is no pleasing ******************** and for that reason we have politely asked he take his service business elsewhere.  He was made more than whole after we refunded him for the entire AC repair of over $2800.00.  If you'd like additional information about this customer or any other details of his past service visits, please feel free to reach out directly to me at ************ or via email at *********************************.  Best Regards, ************************** - President
