On November 7th 2023 My Husband purchased a 3 mo old French Bulldog Puppy as a gift for me. Since this purchase our Pup has experienced many Hereditary, Congenital and at birth health issues. And these are ongoing. Which has resulted in thousands in Vet bills and a $9000.00 surgery. As the ************* Provider reviewed and approved coverage for these issues as they were Hereditary, Congenital and at birth challenges..Puppyland does not. They actually state that even though these things exist we should just chalk it up as that possibly the issues COULD improve with Correction, improvement or prevention. I am to improve or correct what they didn't. At my costs. They are not honoring the terms of their own health guarantee and the statement now where they suggest Correction, improvement or prevention is in fact not outlined or stated in the original health guarantee that was provided to us at purchase. They are a puppymill purchaser and it shows. And they are in breach of their own guarantee

Good afternoon,My name is ************************* the owner of ********** / *****. I purchased her from ************************************* E. Puyallup, ** on 10/6/2023 Since the first exam 10/10/23. She tested positive for Giardia, which she received treatment for. Since then she has been sick and has tested positive for Giardia again. I have taken her to two different Veterinary hospitals " ******************* and ***************************** numerous times. I have all the medical records from both including invoices paid as a result of the congential illness from puppyland. The organization Puppy Land has failed to compensate me with the full amount of the purchase of the puppy and also the full medical expenses that resulted in preexisting conditions and the dog having Gaudia before I received the puppy. Last, the puppy had deformed intestines and also having the Gaudia has resulted in complications that had resulted in her having an emergency surgery. We were promised a healthy dog and instead had a puppy that had to suffer due to the organization's failure to treat and examine this dog thoroughly, which almost resulted in death. There are a lot of documents I am not sure if 5 MB will be enough to attach them all. I can certainly email to you.Any information that you need from me please let me know and I will provide it as soon as possible.Very Respectfully, ******* ********** or ********************

I purchased my puppy on 1.30.2024 and was able to take her home on 2.2.2024. I took her to the vet on 2.5.2024 which was within the 3 day period I was given to have her first vet appointment be completed for her warranty. They had questions pertaining to the amount of vaccines that she had received prior to her adoption in regards to preexisting GI problems. It was questioned that the Metronidazole that had been administered on 01.03.2024 was used to treat gastroenteritis and I was unsure at this time. I took her to an emergency vet on 02.19.2024 because she was vomiting, was bloated, was lethargic, wasnt eating or drinking water and overall wasnt well. They stated that they had found that she had gastroenteritis which is a viral infection. I called Puppyland Idaho on 02.19.2024 and 02.20.2024 and was told on 02.20.2024 that gastroenteritis was not a viral illness. She has not been around other dogs and has not been outside in the time that she has been in my possession. On her papers I received from Puppyland Idaho, she was administered Metronidazole on 01.03.2024 which is a common antibiotic to treat gastroenteritis. I was never informed of the possibility of underlying illness when I adopted her from Puppyland Idaho or the breeder.Ive taken her to the standard vet again on 2.26.2024 for a checkup and they have prescribed my puppy more Metronidazole, and confirmed that the original Metronidazole was likely used to treat Gastroenteritis before I took possession of her. The vet says that she has a long road ahead of her as to why she has this and the resolution of her ongoing health problems is not in the clear yet. When I filed a claim with Puppyland, they stated that I did not take her to the vet in the correct time which I clearly did and theyve asked for the vet invoices several times which *** already sent twice.

On June 14th, 2022 I bought a puppy from this puppy store that supposedly sells high quality purebred dogs. Well my puppy is now deceased. She passed away on October 24th from congenital renal dysplasia. Our vet said this was due to poor breeding in a puppy mill. Not only are we heartbroken from the loss of our dog but the loss of money this has caused us. Puppyland charged me $4400 for the dog and I have now spent an additional $5000 and have no puppy.

In 12/21, I purchased a puppy from Puppyland *****. In my contact I have 2 years to get my puppy spayed. I spayed my puppy 3/15/23. I called Puppyland 4/10 and was told to submit the request online via their website. I called the breeder 4/10 to ensure the information was received. I left a message 4/10, 4,13, 4,17 with no response. I called Puppyland 4/19 and was told they could not help me and I would need to speak with the breeder. On 5/8, I called Puppyland and asked for a manager and was told they could not help. On 5/10 I received a text from the breeder and was given a different website https.//solutions.pet to submit claim on. I submitted the claim 5/10, received a response 5/10 and resubmitted the information. On 5/25 I received an email with approval refund of $200 and needed to verify my address. I verified my address 5/25. On 6/15 I called and was told my refund could take 9 months and I would get a call/email from the person who sends the refund checks. On 6/26, I called and was told my refund could take 9 months and I would get a call/email from the person who sends the refund checks. I did not receive a call or email. On 7/11, I sent an email to ****************** and have not received a response. I have an email confirmation from Solutions.pet 5/26 with approval of $200 refund. I am requesting my refund immediately.

July 3rd I purchased a puppy from Puppyland in ******** **. Per the contract the puppy was seen within 72 hours by a licensed vet. The puppy had giardia , she also over the next few week displayed symptoms and was diagnosed with Bordetella. All documentents were sent in to Pet Solutions as instructed by Puppyland. After $4500 in vet bills to get this puppy to a healthy state I was told I was approved for $98.96 reimbursement. (case ***** which was originally case #*****)Dec 20/2022 the said puppy was spay. I again sent the requested documentation to Pet Solutions and was sent an email that I was approved for $200 reimbursement. (case *****) After months and months of phone calls and being told check has been mailed, we have not heard back from the "review team" and many promises they would get back to me I was finally given an email ************************************ and told ******* (who is accounts manager at Puppyland) is the "review team" and they said I would need to talk to her. She of course is unreachable. Either standing behind "Pet Solutions" or not returning emails and not available by phone. I have no one that will give me any sort of resolution, I have had months of excuses and promises. Just no reimbursements. I seem caught between a company that is a front for a owner that wont pay what is owed.

We bought our ****** Bulldog on June 5th 2022 we were told he was healthy. We got him home and he was ok for the first night. The 2nd day he started pooping blood and so we took him to the vet on June 9th(the earliest we could get in ) found out he had *******. He was put on antibiotics for 5 days. Did another test and said it was gone. Fast forward 1 week it stared happening again ****** stool. Did another test intestinal inflammation. another round of antibiotics 10 days this time. For the last 2.5 months we have had this dog in and out of the vet and on antibiotics for almost the whole time we have had him. we made a claim for the giardia . they gave us 36$ BS. Now fast forward to today we had to take him to the emergency Vet because he was throwing up all night and the pooped all blood this morning. Mind you this whole time he has been on and off meds and had to have prescription food for his stomach as well. Now the VET has to run more test had to give him 2 shots and he is back on 2 antibiotics and another special food. I wish we would have never bought from these people. I am so angry and going to file another claim and i swear i am not paying another cent on this dog until he is healthy. These people need to be shut down.

I was told I was co-signing on a loan for my daughter. I just found out the loan is solely in my name. They lied to me about the interest, saying the interest was lower on this loan than the loan my daughter took out on her own, so it will be nearly impossible to ever pay it off. Account number *******.

So to my surprise I have to share this post with everyone buyers beware . Im sad to report that I purchased puppy on the 19 th. Of March. We took her home and only to find out shes pretty aggressive she is Havanese 15 weeks old , she growls and she lunges at you when you try to pick her up or touch her and shes already bitten my Yorkiepoo, and me. Ive tried a reason with the store to see if I can exchange this puppy because I did not wanna walk out of the store dealing with the temperamental aggressive back biting dog.. all they say is theres no exchanges all sales are final sorry its part of a puppy having habits!!! Not so true I actually bought another puppy from them 2 years ago a Yorkiepoo and I didnt have these problems never once did the dog ever growl at me or try to bite me. So I understand theres teething involve where shes biting everything versus growling at you and Lunding and you are two different things so buyers beware you might get stuck with the dog and have to go through legal action to get some kind of fairness on your part!!!!! So my experience with this company has been extremely poor and very unfair They wont give me my money back and they want me to keep their aggressive dog or they can help me rehome them thats the best that they will do!! I filed a claim with them and still have not heard anything from them!!!!! So Im well within the 30 days dont understand why they have now kept quiet and not return any calls!!!!!
