I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against JAXJOX regarding an unresolved technical issue with their product and a complete lack of response from their customer support team. I recently purchased the JAXJOX Studio, a high-end fitness machine, which, unfortunately, has been unusable due to a persistent Bluetooth error.The machine's Bluetooth functionality is critical for syncing with the accompanying app, through which all workouts are accessed. Without it, the machine is rendered completely non-functional. Despite numerous attempts to troubleshoot on my own, I continue to receive an error message that prevents me from using the machine. This is incredibly frustrating, given the high cost of the product and the amount of space it occupies in my home.I have reached out to JAXJOX customer support multiple times, detailing the Bluetooth issue and requesting assistance. However, despite my repeated efforts, I have yet to receive any response from their teamno acknowledgment, no guidance, and no solution. This lack of communication and support is unacceptable, especially considering the premium price point of the ********** a consumer, I am highly disappointed by both the quality of the product and the company's failure to provide any meaningful customer service. I expect better from a brand that markets itself as a leader in the fitness technology space.I am filing this complaint to bring attention to this issue in the hopes that JAXJOX will be held accountable for their poor product performance and ******* customer service. I tried to log in to my account online to cancel my membership but it wasnt working. I emailed them multiple times and got no response. I tried reaching out on social and calling the phone number (disconnected). Yet they are still collecting every month. The unit no longer allows me to log in. I am paying $39/month. I have been unable to log on to tye interactive studio for over a week. It does not say why it won't log on, it just has the timing circle and then goes back to the main screen. I have reached out several times via email, ******** messaging and Instagram with absolutely zero response. I would like a reply so we can get back into the system or a refund for services paid for that I can't access. App won't even pull up to try from there.
