I had a signed contract with Pergola Valley LLC on 7/20/22 for $59,277.84. This contract is attached. The business committed to install a fully functional pergola on our back porch. When we signed the contract, they estimated that it would be done by October of 2022. We are coming up to a full year later and the pergola is not fully installed, is not functional and is still missing parts. We have patiently tried to negotiate with Pergola Valley LLC, but they have continued to repeatedly miss deadlines and there is no evidence of an actual completed date of the project. I even spent personal time trying to help them navigate with their subcontractors and the **************** due to incompetence on their end. We have paid the contracted amount and are still have a non-functioning pergola that does not function and leaks when it rains. Pergola Valley LLC has tried to place liens on our property as some unknown tactic. The last agreement we had with Pergola Valley LLC was that they would have the entire pergola installed and functional on 5/30/23. I am submitting this on 6/23/23 and I still do not have a functioning pergola. They are only trying to state that they really don't have a clue when it will be functional.
