      I was referred to Bellevue Healthcare by ****, ******* and have been waiting for them to fix my two wheelchairs since February 3, 2025. They made three appointments 2/3-2/19 and 2/27 and never showed up for one reason or another!This is the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!I will report back to the ** today to let them know.

      Hi ******, thank you for your patience as we do our best to take care of the fix needed on your chairs. When our team had initially discussed an estimated delivery date we were referring to the parts arriving in our warehouse rather than the installation date for the parts, we apologize for that confusion and have discussed this with the team. Unfortunately, half of the parts were shipped to the wrong side of the state by the manufacturer and arrived in our ******* warehouse instead of our ************ location.  This delay was out of our hands and we tried to remedy it as soon as possible. Due to the delay of the parts, we had to reschedule our appointment from the 19th to 27th.   This week our service tech has been out of the office due to sickness.  So in an effort to keep our clients healthy and well, we needed to reschedule your appointment to Monday 3/3/25.  I understand how frustrating delays can be, and we don't like them either as it trickles down to other clients as well when we have to reschedule.   We will get you taken care of as quickly as we can.  Thank you

      I went to Bellevue medical and they took a copy of my prescription for electric hospital bed and refusing to Bill my ******** and ******** I have called the store and theyre refusing to **** my ******** theyre refusing to **** insurance dont have a good customer service refusing me to **** ******** and ******** Im a ******** qualified QMB client youre not allowed to **** me I need to **** my insurance I have never ****ed ******** I called ******** every day and I never received a claim and I dont know why the supplier is not ****ing ******** and I called ******** and they said if I pay out of pocket for the hospital Bad they wont reimburse me I have to **** ******** and ******** and see if it gets approved or denied

      Hi *****, as much as we would like to supply you with a hospital bed, ******** and ******** will not pay for it at this point based on the prescription you currently provided.   We cannot supply you with a bed if we know it will not be covered by ********/********.   As you said we are not allowed to bill you for the item so we cannot provide you equipment that we know will not be paid for.   It is unfortunate but without proper documentation that shows Medical Necessity we cannot supply the bed to you.    Best Regards,

      ******* location. Had problems with them billing insurance at all. What I was told in the store isn't what happened at all. Went in one day and there was no power. Bought a ****** and was billed for it 6 months later. Very disorganized.
