    Formula 1s negligence during an oil change destroyed the engine on my 2019 **** Though they did not dispute they were at fault, the business was uncooperative in the aftermath, evaded my calls, and denied all my reasonable requests for an engine repair. Formula 1 withheld their insurance information from me for 3 weeks until I retained an attorney, who issued them a demand letter. Formula 1 has failed to provide a replacement vehicle and has unnecessarily delayed the engine replacement process. There is still no resolution or even progress since the engine loss 3 weeks ago the car remains untouched, no replacement engine have been ordered (nor any money provided to get the replacement completed), and no replacement vehicle has been provided (nor any money to get the replacement vehicle).

    We found guest newer engine with less miles then was on hers would of had it installed in a couple days. We have catastrophic Insurance but the claim didn't meet those standards. Guest wanted new car or new motor from *** and was not willing to compromise and then claim became catastrophic, could not deal with her so we involved insurance.

    I am rejecting this response because the business did not provide a commercially reasonable solution that would make me whole for the loss caused by their negligence. I proposed several options to Formula 1 to make me whole, and they turned down every single one of them. They were not willing to use ********* *** servicing mechanics to instal a genuine *** *** parts; they were not willing to pay the market estimated costs to cover such servicing at any *** ********* dealership in the area (which I provided); they were not willing to buy the car off me at the market value of the car that I took into their facility prior to their negligent oil change; they were not willing pay me the difference in market value for the car prior to their negligent oil change vs after their non-warranties, ***-********* servicing with non-*** parts. They would not provide me a replacement vehicle for a means of transportation until my car was repaired nor did they cover the costs or provide reimbursements to me for renting a car. I continually acted in good faith and provided a multitude of options to Formula-1. I cannot say the same about Formula-1.
