  After being in the rental market for almost 6-7 years, I can confidently say that SJA property management really cares about the tenants than just trying to squeeze as much as possible from them. ********* from SJA went above and beyond through her transparent commnication and a genuine care for the folks residing on the property. Can't recommend them enough!

  After over a dozen years combined rental experience, my husband and I have had the absolute worst experience renting from SJA. If you do plan to rent from them, just hope and pray that nothing breaks.The move-in process was tedious and cumbersome, with an additional $36 "administrative" monthly fee that really doesn't do anything. Pet fees are exorbitant. You'd think that for the premium prices, you'd get premium service.******** has been extremely slow to respond and when she does respond, she's been rude and short with me. Our ceramic kitchen sink cracked after moving in, and it took over two weeks to hear from her. I emailed, followed up on the email, and finally had to call her direct line. Her response was a condescending "you don't understand how difficult this situation is". No, I don't understand how hard it is to send a plumber out to the house. I ended up sending them the direct link to the sink to be replaced and it finally got fixed over a month later. Then over two months after the repair was made, they came back to say we needed to pay for it (over $1,000).******** mixed up her properties not once, but twice, with us. Really just disorganized and unprofessional. We had to explain to her that we don't have storage underneath our stairs, we do not have a jetted tub, and that our laundry room is too small for a top-loading washing machine.Our washing machine also broke and it's going on 2 months now without a working washing machine. I've had to follow up on a weekly basis to make sure this is getting taken care of. It's really pretty ridiculous that I have to micromanage a property manager who is getting paid a premium to help take care of this.At the end of the day if you want to deal with slumlord property managers and feel like you're not respected, go ahead and rent with SJA! It's been a great example of everything not to do.

  We would like to express our gratitude to *** for all the priceless communications all this time. We couldn't have done it without your constant support and awesome guidance. It's cool to see our property in ********* be transformed for the better and show off its good qualities. We are very happy with all *** work, attention to detail, thoroughness in all aspects, swift responses, professionalism, and especially ******'s excellent recommendations and guidance. This was a fairly complicated multi- faceted project and the *** team did an excellent job. Can't wait to see the ************** a little while when the house goes on the market.   SJA is super fast, very professional, responsive and great to work with. Highly recommended for anyone trying to rent their property. I still cannot believe the turnaround time from the day I signed the contract to the day I had tenants moving in to my house. Just love how they are able to take all the stress out of this difficult job for any home owner.

  I have been looking for a house in WA while being in CA, I have found one listed by SJA Property Mgnt. with all that I was looking for, location, size, and good neighborhood, *** was the responsible realtor for it and have done a great job making my experience easy and professional despite my location and being unable to travel to WA to walk the house in person but she did that instead, informed me about all aspects, details and all related to the house, after a really short period, we applied, been chosen and approved for the property. *** is the one for you, whenever you come by SJA Property Mgmt, ask for *** and you will just have to sit and enjoy the ride!Thank you ***, you are my guide for my next property ;) *************

  Id highly recommend SJA Property Management for anyone looking to rent their property in the area. I had to relocate with my family for an opportunity and got a team in SJA assigned for managing our property. I requested them to list the home within a week from when I left. ******* helped get the property ready and ********* managed the listing, keeping us in loop with every updates. We found a home in new state within a couple of weeks and had to get our existing home rented out to process the loan. Big shout out to Talal - one of the best agents! He went extra mile to get enough showings/ tours scheduled everyday so that we have back up applicants ready to apply. The team did a fabulous job getting our property rented just in time for us to process loan in new home. I couldnt have imagined doing any of this remotely without such an awesome team! Thanks to ********* and her amazing team at SJA for delivering their promise with such professionalism.

  We highly recommend SJA Property Management. We are new to the home rental process and had a lot of questions. Our property manager is ***************************** and she is amazing. She has been very professional and on-point throughout the whole process by being very responsive and helpful from Day 1. She even provided input on pricing that allowed us to rent out our home in 2 weeks. Working with ******** has been such a breeze as she literally did so much of the heavy-lifting that our first home rental has been a very pleasant experience. We are so lucky to have ******** managing our home. If we started my own property management company, we would hire her in a heartbeat.

  We used SJA Property Management for many years for our rental house in *******, **********. Our account manager was ******* (******) ****** and she was terrific! She handled all of our rental and repair issues quickly and efficiently. She obtained quality renters and we never had any vacant periods with her on the job. We couldn't have had a better experience. We recommend SJA Property Management (and ******) without reservation. They are the best!
