  ****, **** and his team did our remodel earlier in 2023 and I would hire them again in a heartbeat. We added a bedroom and a bathroom and remodeled the existing bathrooms. Like any big project, there were definitely some hiccups but we felt like they were with us providing us the right guidance throughout and helping us make the correct decisions. They worked with us to make sure our demands were met as per expectations. We even had some warranty work and it was done professionally. Like they say, in any project, there is always the unexpected. It is how you react to it that matters. That is what sets them apart. At every step they worked with our best interest in mind. The entire team was excellent and professional.

  My experience with Gallagher Construction has been exceedingly good. I had 3 bathrooms and a laundry room updated with new flooring, countertops, lighting, new fixtures, toilets and a master shower update. The process took awhile, partially due to unexpected things that happened in my life as well as availability of sub contractors. I found all the sub contractors pleasant, respectful, and experienced/talented in their profession. They were focused on the job to be done. Gallagher Construction listens to the homeowners ideas and wishes. They will then explain what works and doesn't. In other words, they work with you on the best plan for your home and finances. The design consultant, ******************************************, Is knowledgeable in her craft and very helpful with ideas and selection. I would use this company again and refer to others.

  **** and his team did a major remodel of our kitchen and upper deck 2021-22 after a tree fell onto our roof during a windstorm. They also refreshed flooring, paint and window trim in three bedrooms, installed a new front door and replaced large casement windows in the dining room. There were many sub-contractors: roofing, plumbing, flooring, cabinetry, paint, tile, deck railing, all of whom were top-notch. Though there were inevitable timing delays, ****'s team communicated well throughout the process, and additional work was spelled out in terms of pricing and scheduling. ********* worked tirelessly with me on design and color, ***, ****** and ***** had creative solutions and were excellent problem solvers. Best of all, they were pleasant to have working in my home. I look forward to our next project together.

  Gallagher did a major remodel on our house from mid 2020 until mid 2021. We are so happy with the result, and all the collaboration with them. Their communications and clarity about cost and timing estimates ahead of time were excellent. Throughout the project they were professional, open, and did high quality work. All their employees, and the sub-contractors they hired, were seasoned experts who didn't cut any corners.The work they did was to demolish a 2.5 story big chimney with two fireplaces, to replace wood structure of a wing of the house with ~20ft tall steel columns, and ~20ft wide steel beams, and to install big sliding doors. They had great design instincts which made the result better than what we could possibly have hoped for.If we have big construction projects coming up in the future, we will definitely go with Gallagher again.
