Redmond Roofing contracted to fix or replace torn/damaged shingles on the crest of the roofline that were identified by a whole house inspection prior to selling the property. They came out, went up on the roof, claimed they did the work and billed me. I paid them. Follow up inspection showed that some adhesive was applied, but no shingles had been fixed or replaced.
