BEWARE, BEWARE, BEWARE! Do not use this company! I contacted them pretending I was a customer, after my friend was ripped off for $650 to have a lock drilled out of his garage door that would not open. The technician did not give him a price upfront for thirty minutes worth of work; and took advantage of my friend, because he is a senior citizen. The scumbag technician did not provide him with a receipt, and my friend fortunately did not sign anything for the charges. When I spoke to what sounded like a Middle Eastern woman on the phone, she refused to provide me with any kind of pricing, or hourly rate for locksmith services. Every question I had, she answered with. “I don’t know “. Very sketchy and unprofessional. Evergreen locksmith needs to have their business license revoked so they can not continue to rip people off. Totally unacceptable!

I called for a lock out service and was quoted $29 plus labor and only 30 minutes. The driver finally showed up about an hour later and it only took less then 2 minutes and he wanted to charge me the $29 plus $450 for labor. What a rip off company

We forgot to unlock the glass storm door on our house. When we called they said 20 minutes and they would be here. Two hours later they arrived. They charged us $779 to drill the lock! Highway robbery! No wonder the BBB won’t accredit them. Beware of this company!

DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. I was quoted $70 for an unlock service as a man to go help my girlfriend get into her car, the technician was supposed to call me with the final price. He was incredibly rude to my girlfriend and when all was said and done charge over $250 to unlock the door. $3300/hour to unlock a door is insane. Many companies in the area will do it for $40-$70. They are scumbags and I will be taking this further if they refuse to rectify the situation. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. You're better off breaking your window and replacing it.

The technician showed up at my office and stated he could open the lock for $350. This is a simple indoor lock, and that cost is about three times the going price. Even the more predatory companies charge $150-175 at most. I refused the service due to price, and that's when it got even more unprofessional. The technician repeatedly asked me what my budget was, how much did I think I could pay, ect. I stated over and over that I would not give money to a company that attempted to rip me off or that could not provide me with an actual set price. The man would not leave, and continued to ask me what I could afford. I finally told him to leave and get out of my office space, but he then said that he drove over there and that I now owed him money for his time. I was never quoted a price on the phone, there is nothing on this company's website that states there is a fee for simply responding, and I signed no paperwork. He was insistent that I owed him money (never told me how much) and would not leave until I told him I was calling the police. I locked the outside door as I was feeling pretty creeped out at this point. Several minutes later I received a text message from a random number saying the technician could now do the service for $120, and that he was outside my office. I kept the outside door locked and did not let him back in again. I have no idea if this was a trick to let him back in, or what he might do if I handed him my credit card. This company is shady at best, and possibly unsafe. Do not do business with them.

The company - the person on the other end of the phone - said that the call would be $29.95 plus labor. I was careful to give them the right address, but the technician gave us several calls to tell us of delays. He did that about three times before he arrived. When he arrived, he said our door had a quickset (or something like that) and that it would be $450 to get in the door. They should really let people know that "labor cost" (whatever they can get as it's getting dark it appears) are that high. It was the probably the same technician that was called in a previous complaint on Google since he had a wrecked black van with no front plate. Not judging that - it takes money to fix a van and Seattle is rough on cars. It's probably the same guy though. The technician was competent with the right tools. The door opened with no issues after a few minutes of work. Then he added charges to the $450 that totaled out to $577, but said he'd give us a discount for $550 with Venmo or Zelle or $500 cash. He did give the price at $450 before working and I could have said no, but I was with my girlfriend and it was getting dark and I didn't know the cost of replacing a window.

I locked my work truck keys in my work truck and I called Evergreen. They showed up promptly and got in the truck. It took a bit but the technician did NOT give up. He really helped me out of a jam! Thanks Evergreen!

Yesterday, I used the Evergreen Locksmith services due to my car lockout (keys being locked in the car). I asked the customer service lady on the phone how much it cost, and she told me $20 something dollars. However, the technician charged me over 200 dollars. This surprised me; however, I had no choice but to pay because I had to be somewhere early. Although it took less than 3 minutes to retrieve my keys, I feel the charges are too high for this easy, quick task. I would not recommend this company due to them not being transparent with costs beforehand. I want to be reimbursed and have their policy changed so that you can see or know how much will be charged before payment.

If I could rate negative stars I would. The company is not consistent on pricing and is unprofessional. The tech showed up after a hour and a half. It was mentioned over the phone it would be only 30 minutes. They boosted prices 4 times and threatened my friend leaving her in tears. Attempted to take her wallet from her and cornered her. At one point he even tried to get her into his car. She has the conversation all recorded. The guy that they brought to my house also decided to harass both my neighbors. I would never recommend them to anyone. They dont respond when trying to reach someone with this issue. Terrible service.

Terrible service, do not recommend. They tried to quote me 550$ to make a duplicate of my car key. I told them the dealership only quoted 300-400$. He then came back and said they could do it for 300$, but need a 100$ deposit to order the key. I asked for their business license number and they could not provide it. The tech got aggressive and said I have their phone number and that should be enough. I said no, I want the business license before I provide a deposit. He basically said "Okay, bye". Seems like a scam and very unprofessional, DO NOT give them a deposit.
