            On September 24, 2021, Better Business Bureau contacted First Look Consulting concerning advertising claims found on their website, https://www.firstlook-consulting.com/. Specifically, the business claims, "Our algorithm updates more often than 90% of our competitors. Don't believe us? Test it out!" Consumers allege paying for services that have not been provided or have not met their expectations. Additionally, consumers claim First Look Consulting, LLC is unresponsive to their requests regarding product quality and/or refunds. 

            Claims relating to performance, energy savings, safety, efficacy, or results for a product or service should be based on recent and competent testing or other objective data. 
            Despite BBB’s written requests, as of October 18, 2021, BBB has not received a response from First Look Consulting, LLC.

            I paid for a website revamp in full earlier this year. The person in charge of handling my project has been difficult to contact. Turnaround follow-up time is poor. During the past year there have been a number of issues that prevented things from moving forward on our end. However, as a paying customer, one expects their project to be completed. We found their agency through Wix and regret using this as a vetting option. All we want done at this point is the website finished and any additional work to be completed as previously discussed.

            I paid First Look over $1800 to design my website and I've tried getting in touch with them to complete my website and upload it to the internet and they have not responded to my request. I'm beyond frustrated and disappointed in the lack of professionalism and quality of the website. Had I known this would have happened I would have never signed a contract with First Look. They got my money and I got NOTHING.
