    BBB unable to locate business
    -The company sent me a refund check for a cancelled warranty in late October. -I never received the check and told them that it was not delivered by the post office. They said they would cancel the check and send a new one. -At the end of November I hadn't received a new check, so I called them to let them know. They said they hadn't sent the new check yet, and would have to go to the bank to cancel the old one first. -Mid-December I try to call to get a status and the phone rings with no option to leave a voicemail. I try multiple times over many weeks and am not able to reach anybody. - I drove to the business' address today and they are no longer there. A different car dealership is advertised at the 4710 South Adams St location. -The website for Fleetline Auto Sales gives no indication that they are moving or a new address. I have no way to contact them to get the refund I am owed.
