5 starsMy experience with Lake Washington Windows and Doors was fantastic. From my initial consult with *** through installation with ****, ***** and **** I could not be more pleased. The communication was fantastic regarding quotes, arrival times and what to expect as well as follow up after each stage to assure I didn't have any questions. The team was very professional, respectful and did an great job not only installing but cleaning up after the install. I would highly recommend the team at Lake Washington Windows and Doors and plan to use them again in the future to replace more of our windows!Review fromAnjanette M

5 starsI had an outstanding experience with Lake Washington windows! Our introduction to them was with *******, who helped us refine our selection of windowshe was great to work with during the early phase of the process. **** did our technical measure and was also proficient and helpful. We had a wall of seven windows that needed replacement, which for us was quite intimidating. The installation team consisted of Crisanto, ******* ***** and *******. They were all very capable and competent, which put us at ease on installation day. I was impressed by their teamwork as they tackled our very large and very high window configuration. I greatly appreciated how respectful they were of our home and with me. Overall, from beginning to end, we received excellent customer service. Ordered a replacement window in January, had it installed by the first weekend of March. Everyone from LWWD was super professional and all appointments were either on time or early (with a heads up in all cases via text or phone call). Installation went off without a hitch as well. Highly recommend.

Everything from end-to-end was professional, patient and detailed. We had lots of time with sales and design to see our options. They guided us through decisions we didnt even know wed have to make.The whole house was immediately warmer and the installation was so smooth. (At least from our side. I hope the installers felt the same.)The installation team told us each day what they would be working on tomorrow and worked around a couple of tight and high areas with no issues.They took extra steps to protect the surrounding areas and provided great information about how it was going.They took time to save some special millwork around the front door on the inside that we werent sure could be saved. It looks great.Finally, the Milgard windows we chose are so crystal clear, it feels like Ive moved to a different ******* grateful for everything Lake Washington Windows and Doors provided for us.Thanks to ***** ***** *****, ***** ***** (and that other guy that showed up. Overall, our experience with Lake Washington Windows & Doors was very professional. Scope of work involved a new sliding patio door that was completed within 1/2 day. They offered reasonable pricing - not the cheapest, but not the most expensive either, which in my opinion is the best approach to take with home services. This was a multi-step process (inquiry, free quote, critical measure, installation) in which we engaged with 4-5 different people.Installation (6/5): *************** were ROCKSTARS. They were professional, friendly, thorough, and highly knowledgable. We were there throughout the entire process - and could tell they took pride in their work and installed it as if it were their own home. For example, ******** laid down a wood transition piece and while trying to press it into place, the wood slightly split. He removed it and replaced it with a new one. When **** tried to install the screen door, he was very meticulous in making sure it was balanced and the wheels were sliding properly.Scheduling (4/5): Scheduling process was generally communicative and straightforward; however, due to the bomb cyclone, we experienced some last minute scheduling changes.Inquiry/Sales (4/5): After I initially submitted an inquiry online, I felt bombarded by the e-mail, texts, calls to follow up. I appreciate a company making sure I receive communication from them, but because I was reached out to by multiple people with 7+ touchpoints, it was a lot. There was also a system issue that caused confusion around scheduling. However, after getting into contact & scheduling the estimate appointment, everything else generally went smoothly, so I'm glad I didn't let this part stop me from moving forward because the installation was top-notch.Lake Washington Windows & Doors

The installers, ******** and ****, worked quickly and were exceptionally professional, finishing the job earlier than expected and left the space very clean. The work met and exceeded our expectations.
