    Our family physician is Dr. ********** He is amazing and wonderful. The best doctor we have had but for whatever reason whenever we need anything, appointments, shots, we run into a wall with the front desk, the schedulers, company policies, etc. When we finally get into see Dr. ********* and we explain our experience trying to see him he's always disappointed and confused at to why some of that is happening. We are told by our physician that is not supposed to happen. There seems to be a real disconnect with the staff and any kind of customer service. I just got off the phone with one who called to cancel our appointment today and she then proceeded to demand that we go somewhere else. Unfortunately we are not going anywhere else unless Dr. ********* goes into private practice or moves we will stay where we are at. It's very frustrating to have a family physician for as long as we have and to feel like we have no access to him. The customer service by the staff at *** is awful. Improvements need to be made and the lack of respect for customers needs to improve. We have been going to see Dr. ********* for a long time but the last few years the staff and service have become unprofessional, rude and complicated.
