    I am writing to formally complain about the unsatisfactory service and lack of response from the management at ******** by Wyndham Seatac Airport, located at ***************************************************************. This complaint is directed towards the hotel management, specifically the manager, Ms. ********* who has failed to address or rectify a significant issue during and following my stay.Details of the Incident:Reservation Information: Room 417, April 13 - 14, 2024 Initial Complaint: Filed via email on April 15, 2024, concerning severe noise disruptions affecting our stay, requesting a full refund.Subsequent *********** Additional attempts to contact the management were made due to no initial response:First Follow-up: Direct phone call to the manager, Ms. ********* on April 18, 2024, who was out of the country and advised emailing her.Second Follow-up: Another call on May 9, 2024, where Ms. ******** acknowledged the oversight and promised an imminent response that was never fulfilled.Despite multiple attempts to resolve this matter amicably and professionally, there has been a complete disregard for customer satisfaction and basic hospitality standards. The managers repeated failure to respond adequately not only reflects poorly on the managements commitment to guest experience but also compels me to take further actions.Requested Actions:Immediate Response: I urge the hotel to address this complaint promptly.Full Refund: As initially requested, a full refund for the discomfort and inconvenience caused during our stay.Assurance of *************** Steps the hotel will take to prevent such issues in the future.Should this matter not be satisfactorily resolved at the earliest, I am prepared to escalate the complaint by contacting consumer protection agencies and sharing my experience on public travel forums to inform potential guests of the ongoing issues.

    Booked on parksleepfly.com. Paid a deposit of nearly $40 to park my car for 10 days & then 1 night on the return. When it was time to settle up the remainder of the bill (of which I have the receipt showing the remainder due) I was told that the deposit I had paid was a finders ************** owed the total amount to Days Inn. I had just returned (midnight) from the East Coast & was exhausted & just want to go to sleep so I put up a little fuss but decided to take it ** in the morning. The following morning there was no supervisor available. The rooms were less than par & no towels were provided to take a shower. I have attempted to reach out to *********************** Inn & no one will respond.

    The business advertised as a smoke free hotel and another claim was free breakfast. When we visited the hotel, it was reaked with Merijuana smoke and employees/owners were the one who were smoking. The free breakfast was just a box of frozen danishes.The reason I have not contacted BBB earlier is because I was trying to resolve the issue with the business who initially didn't respond to me and now keep making false promises of getting back to me.
