  Bait a switch con job for carpet replacement. Got a very high estimate but the sales person assured us verbally that the quality would be same or better and their "estimate" was not itemized to show material, labor and commissions. Upon our delayed install we saw it was very low quality, this is when we saw the fine print in the "Estimate" that it only included $5 sq/ft carpet. The installation was ok but we also needed a trim board replaced and instead of replacing the whole piece they only replaced the damage corner and made a seam in a small baseboard. The fit on the stairway was also terrible, this was no fault of the poor non-English speaking installer, it was the extremely poor quality of the carpet.I see other good reviews on renovations not much on carpet replacements. Do not use them for this purpose. If you do, be sure to read the fine print in your "estimate" and know they will never give you an itemized bill, just insist you pay the "estimate"

  I am very impressed with the work that was done at our home. We had the house, garage, all the railing were painted, and some rotten wood changed out and painted. This was a large project and they made sure to check in with us all the way through. We have had 2 walk througha now to see if there is anything they missed and need to fix. Din is wonderful to work!

NW Builders has truly been one of the easiest companies to work with, and the customer service was amazing. I already have another job for them next summer.

  Highly Recommended! I recently had the pleasure of working with NW Builders And Renovation for a roofing project, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the results. The entire experience, from start to finish, was exceptional. The team at NW Builders and Renovation demonstrated a high level of professionalism and expertise throughout the entire process.And **** the Project manager had amazing communication and high attention to my project!Highly recommended!

  Through days of fog and threatening rain the work {painting and siding}was accomplished very well. The project manager followed up immediately on any complaint I had and even took care of a neighbor's car which was sprayed with some paint.All in all an excellent job.

  They claimed to have fixed a leak and gave us a 2-year warranty. When the leak happened 6 months later, they did not honor the warranty and instead claimed we needed a brand new roof. Everything was being done through people who I believe are third-party/subcontractors for NWBR. Nobody from NWBR actually did the job. Not even sure if the people they hired are licensed professionals. These guys even claimed we had mold in our attic. I was on the phone with a representative the whole time who was not even physically in my house to inspect it himself. He also said that they will go ahead and deduct what we already paid if we hired them to do the new roof. This rep claimed that if I have other roofing companies come to take a look, theyll say the same thing. Lo and behold, I had another roofing company come and take a look. This guy was licensed and he also had the company name & logo on his van. He went up to our attic and noticed there was no mold and it was fine and dry. Looked up all over our roof and said there were no roofing issues. The problem is that there was a small hole under the lining of our roof that needed to be repaired by a general contractor. I am grateful that this other company is honest because I feel like we got taken advantage of by NWBR and will never used them again. They pretty much lied and use dirty business tactics.
