My maintenance done,stop being stalked,hacked,watched,or manipulated 7e only time they will fix stuff is when we obey and keep our mouths closed and play the stupid game like they like it the Russians I need to know that this is not a waste of time and someone is finally y going to help me and I want to love out of here ASAP I've already contacted housing and some other places to inform them I'm ready to go I would like to see these unhappy individuals go on and complete there er and a great tenant to respect the privacy of others and not breakbin to my home when I'm gone to not hack or dark web or staulk or mirroring or forward calls or magic or any of there games they play I think that management would improve if they took some classes on privacy and respect and the customer is always right I know she would love to have some help and I think they would be able to catch up with the rest of the owners and start being leaders and not follower stop trying to please everyone else and focus on her title I belive she can do it and make a magnificent manager.Business Response

Central Billing Agency - Christian Email: ************************** Ticket ID #******** Move out date: June 16 2024 Incurred move out fees: July 2 2024 I have not paid the apartment move out fees because I have been disputing a labor fee ($75) and a late fee ($66.82) since July 2 2024. The late fee was incurred as a system error per emailing the apt complex. Thus the complex conveniently added a labor fee in lieu of disputing the late fee. I have been contacting the property every three days for an update but no resolution has been reached. I would like to dispute the additional move out fees associated with the account as soon as possible before this affects my credit report.Business Response

We understand your concerns regarding the $75 charge and want to clarify that it was applied due to documented countertop damage, as noted in your work order. The charge also included labor for sink removal, as the replacement company does not handle this task.
You did have a late fee that was assessed and has since been reversed out.
We appreciate your communication efforts, including the email exchange with ******* on July 1, 2024, and subsequent phone call, which led us to believe the matter was resolved.
To assist with any confusion or miscommunication regarding the $75 charge, we have removed that from your move out statement and we will send that to *************** so they have the correct one. Attached please find the original move out statement and adjusted move out statement.

I am rejecting this response because I received a bill from central billing with the incorrect credits. There is a $125 credit instead of a $141.82 as honored in your last email to remove the late and labor fee.As stated in the prior communication the late fee ($66.82) and labor charge ($75) were to be removed. The balance should be $385.17 as opposed to $401.99 (with the original $526.99 balance).
The labor associated with the replacement was during residency as a tenant. Thus maintenance is paid in the associated monthly charges (ie rent, facility fees, etc.). Moreover the 7/1/2024 statement had no labor fee but the 7/25/2024 statement did. I would like to move forward with the full $141.82 credit to the account.

I have been attempting to contact the manager at Flats at ****** for weeks to give updated renter insurance information. I have called and left multiple voice mails and I have sent two emails with the updated information. I have received no response. I attempted to go to the office twice and both times the office was closed during business hours. The last attempt was on Wednesday 7/31/24 at 5pm. I was then charged a $50 fee on my rent for not having active renters insurance. This caused financial stress as rent is already almost $2000. My policy never elapsed.This place was great when ******* was here, but as soon as she left this place does not have an active manager. The lack of communication is stressful to tenants and is terribly unprofessional. I also attempted to email GRE but received an email asking me what size apartment I am looking for. I am filing this complaint because I have had no luck contacting manager to resolve the issue and I need someone to contact me. *********** apartments knowingly hired *****************************, a felon with multiple theft convictions to work in maintenance. He used his master key to illegally enter my apartment and rob me. The complex should be held accountable for negligent hiring, failing to reasonably maintain a safe space, and emotional distress. For the 8 months I lived next door to this employee, I had contacted the office dozens of times to complain about the constant disruption and prohibited conduct. Nothing was addressed. My sense of security is gone. I was pregnant and had a baby at this time. Knowing now who I was sharing a wall with is truly distressing. I would like to settle for 8 months rent and utilities back paid to me. I was at risk every day, and wouldnt want the same to happen to someone else.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because:
***************************** did have a criminal background. In fact your team hired someone who had felony level convictions regarding theft and possessions and assumed he has not and wouldnt commit this sort of crime again. If he is not charged with what he did to me, that would not appear in his background. The point of a background check is to lessen the risk of crime in a community or workplace. I asked for my move out fees to be covered PRIOR to finding out about his background which the Sienna Park team neglected to mention. I did not feel safe going back there and *********** had even denied having an ****** present so I could retrieve the last of my things despite their email stating how important safety is. I wouldve asked for a much higher settlement had I known the whole truth behind his hire. I would like my rent refunded back to October when he started working there. I have multiple complaints monthly regarding disruptive and prohibited conduct that were never addressed. Then of course he used his key and ILLEGALLY entered my apartment to rob me. This is beyond negligent on Sienna Parks part. Every day I leave my home, I have a sick, uneasy feeling that someone will use their position to enter at will and violate my space. I am now anxious the entire time Im not home. I dont know when that feeling will go away.

I have been a resident at your complex since **************************************************************************************************************************** February of 2024 I moved into a bigger unit but before doing so I had several work orders that never got answered and getting ahold of management or anyone in the office was unethical. I finally had to reach out to the actual management company to get any type of maintenance person out to my apartment. Since the transition into the new unit, I have filled out the walk-through paperwork and have yet to see anything done regarding all the items that were damaged or not working properly. Since turning that paper in I have put work orders in for some of those major items such as the front door, fridge, dishwasher and shower. There were several other items on that walk-through paper as well as us having an ant problem. The only item I got taken care of was the door because I called and had to harass the office and threaten to not pay rent until it was done because the condition of the door was so unsafe for the children. The work order put in for that after the walk-through paperwork was Feb 1 and still didnt get completed until Feb 29 and the door was the wrong size making the maintenance person having to spend a whole day cutting our doorway bigger and is not your typical apartment door to where we can even see who is knocking at the door. Also, when moving in the amount owed changed so much from person to person spoken to that it took forever to get a hold of anyone to get a straight answer to pay it on rent on time and even then, getting a straight answer wasnt easy which made it hard to pay rent on time.Business Response

************************* apartments, moved in July 17th of 2022 We put a deposit down for a 2 bed one bath w walk in closet, sight unseen.Showed up on move in day apartment wasn't ready and no walk in closet.Went to office adressed issues, they corrected the floor plan but put us in a unit that was just moved out of. No new carpets appliances not even a shampooing or new coat of paint.If we run a dehumidifier nicotine runs down the walls. Our toilet floods randomly and runs. Caulking in bathroom around toilet and tub has peeled. Addressed this through maintenence requests they come out and snake the toilet but the problem still occurs. As if pipes are clogged above and below. Now mold is growing around toilet in walls and subfloor is soft. Worried toilet will fall through if complaints are not taken serious.Business Response

I moved out November 30, paid to buy out my lease and even got an email saying that I missed $2. I paid it promptly. I went back to the office about a week later because I realized they didn't have my new address so that they could mail my security deposit refund. I gave them my new address and my email as I was told that they would send me an email once my deposit was mailed out. Mid January I went back because it had been over a month and still no email and no check. I was informed that the check was in fact already mailed out but that they they were just clocked out for lunch. I was instructed to send an email to a new address as they were changing their email systems, and told that they would reply with information on the deposit. I get home, send the email and I get a reply immediately that this email was not valid. I have spent the last month trying to get a hold at someone at the Verandas about getting my deposit back, to no avail. I've tried every single email I can find and still they won't reach out. Some emails aren't even being read by a human because I'm getting reply asking what size apartment I'm looking for. I've lived in many different apartment buildings and this is by far the most unprofessional one.Business Response

Sienna park apartments is horrible do not live here Theres been people's cars stolen at gun point Countless vandalized vehicles Even if you rent a carport my truck has been vandalized under the lighted carports If I would have checked it out id never moved in here So don't live here your better off being homeless in a tent My apartment had a water leak several times and I called emergency maintenance and they said put a towel down and soak up the water the emergency guy is stuck in traffic and can't get there took 3 days The last time I had a water leak the emergency phone didn't answer and I couldn't leave a message because mailbox was full that was monday they pulled out my dishwasher and a week later it is not reinstalled yet and my kitchen stinks like mold ********** staff ***** very bad attitude and is only open by appointments.In the last 2 months my truck has been vandalized 6 times to over 8000$ worth of damage.The cameras don't work and the night security drives through 1 time and doesn't look at anything Ive contacted the office and they say they are not liable for vehicle damage.Ive talked to the upper management at GRE but I am still waiting for a response Ive talked to several attorneys and this is considered private property and they are responsible for any damages to your vehicle while parked on the property and i was advised by the attorneys to file a lawsuit in small claims court so thats what I have done.So any other tenants that have had vehicle damages file a small claim lawsuit against GRE management The pictures are not all of the damage to my vehicleBusiness Response

The office hours that this property has posted is misleading. One would think at the beginning of the month they would uphold these hours so people can pay rent and not get late fees. I took them a money order on the first and they didn't post it to my account until the 4th during the time they had my money order I was getting emails telling me that I need to pay or I will be charged late fees. In my lease they state that water sewer lights and garbage you have ************************************** be charged a late fee. Today I get a notice on my door saying that they are due on the first if not paid by the 5th I will be charged a late fee. So I go into the office today after work get there at 4pm and the office is closed now it says office hours till 6pm Mon- Friday another tenant was sitting outside the office and she said she had been there since 3pm waiting to pay her rent so because they want to be open when they feel the need to working people have to pay late fees at their expense. My lease is a legal agreement which is what I agreed to. But they seem to think they can change things as they feel. I can't wait till my lease is up I will be definitely moving and would never recommend them to anyone. Bad Business all the way across the board.Business Response
