I opened 2 disputes with my bank (Homestreeet) for 3 transactions made with my debit card because the merchant never sent the items. 1) 834,20 posted on May 16th, opened the claim on July 13th 2) 640,55 posted on may 16th, opened the claim on July 13th 3) 862,97 posted on may 16th, opened the claim on July 29th I never receive any letter or something about the case, even I never get the claim number. Until now I don't know what is going on with the case, and the credit has not been posted on my ******************************Business response

I recently refinanced my home mortage with Homestreet. As part of the closing process, I set up automatic payment with Homestreet as I travel frequently for work to Africa and Asia and do not always have access to my accounts to make payments. Immediately after closing, I was told that my loan was transferred to another service provider - however, Homestreet does not know who is taking over the loan and has canceled the autopay since they claim they are no longer servicing the loan. As a result, I now have no way to know who to pay, when to pay, etc. This is ridiculous - I either need them to let me pay them on schedule OR they need to tell me who to pay.Business response

HomeStreet Bank takes borrower reviews seriously, and we encourage our borrowers to work directly with us to resolve their concerns. Due to privacy concerns, however, we cannot provide public responses to any particular review. We have been talking with our borrower since November 8, the same day he was in touch with the BBB, and have resolved his concerns.Customer response
