    Bad experience. I purchased a duvet cover and it is not what was expected. I was informed I cannot return or exchange it because the sale is final. I did purchase it on sale but did not understand it could not even be exchanged. That was not made clear. I would not recommend anyone shop here ever. Now I am out over $100.

    Horrible disreputable company. Lies about sales, stupid customer swevice, fame playing. Have wasted DOZENS OF HOURS trying to get this mess straightened out. Have never been so angry abd frustrated.DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. IT IS RUN LIKE HELL. Is there any such thing as a reputable business anymore????

    Their return policy is a nightmare. You have to make a *** account, log into it, enter the huge tracking number, then proceed with the return. I'll never shop there again.

    Company Store should not be in business. The ordering system is uncertain, you do not know if your order will be shipped. Their reimbursement system is awful. I ordered 2 items, and the store charged my Paypal account yet the items had not shipped. I was told for 2.5 weeks the items were going to ship. As recent as yesterday I was told the items would be place on 2 day delivery. This morning I received an email stating the items were no longer available.I had not ordered from this company before, so I took a chance on placing an order. I ordered a pillow cover and the pillow insert plus 2 pillow shams and pillow protectors. When I received the pillow insert it was soiled, as if it had been used. I was incensed that a company would not have a quality check system that would catch this before sending to a customer. So I returned this entire order. Note the company charges a $2.95 restocking charge. Even though I wrote clearly on the return form of this incident, I was charged the fee and had to make calls to the company to have the fee refunded to me. I have made so many calls to this company I feel as if I work for them. The company does not send out "item shipped emails nor item cancelled or backordered item" emails so you do not know the status of your order. Now that I received this cancelled order email, note after I call yesterday to complain I had not received any emails, note I was told the item would ship today was obviously a lie. Why would a company customer service agent tell me that the items were shipping today and then send me an email this morning the items had been cancelled. My account was charged on October 2, 2023 , one week ago, yet this morning the items are cancelled. Who can follow this company or better still have the patience to shop with a company who handles sales this way. Now, I bet it will take me 3 weeks or longer to receive my refund. I would advise shoppers to stay clear of this company. Ordeal 9/20/23- 10/9/23

    Much like another reviewer here, I have asked to be removed from their mailing list since December 2021. It is now April 2023 and I just received an April catalog. I have emailed at least 6 times requesting removal and each time a customer service rep said they have removed my address, but guess what? They have not. This is such a simple thing to do to keep a customer and they have failed, so I will never purchase anything from them again and I will tell everyone to never purchase anything as well. BTW stores like Pottery Barn, *************** etc. have no problem removing your name from their mailing list. Why The Company Store cannot figure this out, shows a lack of customer care on their part.

    One year after requesting to be removed from their mailing list and I am still receiving catalogs. I've called them 4 times to be removed but it doesn't seem to matter. I will never order from this company again.

    I chatted with customer service for an hour explaining what I wanted to purchase. My order was placed and I was looking forward to receiving my packages. However, after 2 deliveries not one thing in either package was what I ordered. How do you go from buying feather/down to an alternative? I had to return my entire order which included 4 pillows, 4 pillow covers, 1 mattress topper and a 1 mattress topper cover. You try lugging that stuff to *** when you have cancer. It's not fun at all! When The Company Store received my return I was informed that I had another problem. I could not purchase anything until I received my refund in 3 to 5 days. Figure that one out? As a consumer I can use my credit card to purchase whatever I want when I want! I did not know a store could tell you what I could purchase and when. Absolutely, unbelievable! Then the lady I was chatting with told me she would give me 2 day shipping for free. After I received my refund and placed a new order of course. The thing is everyone gets free shipping after you spend $75.00 on products. Plus, I already received the messed up order in 2 days. WTH? She told me that she would give me 20% of my new order for all the hassle they have put me through. I thought well at least that is something. WRONG! I had to tell her that The Company Store is offering 25% off bedding already. She told me I would have to choose when I received my refund in 3 to 5 days whether I wanted the 20% off or 25% off my new order. What a joke! So what did they give me for all of this aggravation? NOTHING! Also, the customer service representative pretended that I was no longer connected to the chat several times. Then I typed in the chat box. Do you realize I can send myself a copy of this chat? All of a sudden she said, oh I am sorry I thought I lost you. Then I asked to speak with a manager and she gave me a phone number to call. Which I called and got ahold of no one! I would not recommend this store or its products to anyo

    I can understand why this business is not BBB accredited.I ordered a set of sheets and pillowcases from them back in February '22 and am just now being billed.Double-billed actually.Charges on my cc keep cropping up, and it's almost impossible to keep them straight. Their customer service department is no help."There were problems with our billing department and they're just now clearing them up."I will never order from them again.
