              I scheduled a "Wellness exam" with my regular doctor. My yearly exam. This is covered by my insurance, and has been for years. My exam was normal, but my billing was not. It seems a mistake was made in insurance coding as the exam was not coded as a wellness exam. I reached out to U W Physicians about this, but they are claiming that I had more than a Wellness exam even though I did not ask for more than that nor did I receive any care other than that. All things discussed during the exam were prompted by questions from my physician. They claim that that some things were discussed were outside the purview of a "Wellness exam". It seems they have decided to just **** me the extra $193 because they decided to? They behave as if they are the mafia. I will never again use U W Physicians regardless of the outcome. This is completely dishonest business practice. I am sure they would do this to your grandma and she would likely just pay it. Disgusting! ***********************
