These idiots call me about a repo debt from 12 years ago and how they are going to place back on my credit. First they also called me from a disco number and did an investigator talk off and leave a vm that I plan on using to *** this company immediately. I call and the guy says its for a repo from 12 years and he says I am still liable because they bought the debt. I explain that I already ***d the auto finance company for the repo because I was active duty and per the law you can not repo or go after debt when someone is deployed. ( My allotment was not set up correctly before deployment). I won the lawsuit against GMAC and they had to reimburse me and take off my credit. He keeps telling me I am still liable, which I know I am not as I currently own a commercial collection agency and very familiar with the ****** Good Luck fellas

On 9/1/22 I received a voicemail from tel#************ ************************* with Adams Barnes and Associates. The voicemail sounded criminal in nature as if I was pending a lawsuit. I was told to call back ************. When I called in a spoke with a guy he went on to tell me that there is a lawsuit with a company called Drive Time pending against me. I tried to explain that this must be fraud and that I dont have a car loan. He kept cutting me off and telling me to show up to court with proof. The exchange got heated and I couldnt continue the conversation because of the aggression. I have nerve been served papers or received any collections or notices from Adams Barnes and Associates or Drive Time. I do not have a loan with Drive Time and I do not have any accounts of my Credit Report from Drive Time. I dont believe this company is being truthful and they need to verify the person they have on record, addresses that they sent notifications, and validity of any debt. I have never had any business or received any notification from Adams Barnes and Associates for me to dispute this debt.
