  owner told me a price on a job, I work for ******** past and use to be a part delivery, I am off work.taking care of my mother Alzheimer, skin cancer, I explained, he gave deal of $220 labor, a verbal agreement, I told him I had the parts he was okay with that, then the day went by, he didnt call to tell me that the one parts werent the right fit, he order again again thru ******** the pump,I didnt see the part that need to be a core, only found a small part taken of the pump, ???, then he order the hose and it was the same that I have order, didnt work , I call him because he didnt tell me what time it was going to be finish. He said I will order the hose tru internet, said I order the part I let you know, I gave him the money of the parts that I had return also the 220 labor work , wait for his call, A week pass and I call him, he asked for *** to order, I said is been a week and you said you ordered. I told him just gave me the money back the part that you didnt order and the half of the labor because it is an incomplete job.He refuse to give me the money back labor, he said his man work the total installation labor money and all he was going to returned was the value of the part in question., just the hose value. but now he said his man spend the all day labor he will keep. I gave him in good faith since I knew him, realize that even a woman Latin is going to be trick by a Latin man that see a woman alone. Instead he ask me to take him to my place and cook for him, I told him have your wife do that for you.Look like he didnt like my response and this is retaliation and discrimination Gave him a total of ****** parts +220 labor Total ****** .Must return ****** +110, job wash not completed due to lack of ordering the hose in question.Also told me stop by and pick up your money after I told him that I will complain to BBB. the worker didnt want to open and pay with open bills to count, didnt take it.
