  They charge junk processing fees even if you use an ACH. Predatory practices that reflect poorly on the organization. When confronted they blame the organization for the fees when they are making money on the transaction and not sharing with the school.

  This "review" does not reflect or specify that the individual was a customer or client of ******************** It does not provide specific details about a particular transaction - on any date - for anything.  It describes a feature, "ACH", which is not part of the product.  There is also no evidence of a prior complaint submitted by the reviewer, or any details of a complaint (time, date, issue, concern, location, etc.), but the review then suggests that the company was 'confronted' despite no evidence of any prior complaint or "confrontation".  Thus, there is no way to establish anything the reviewer has written, nor any way to establish the nature of their complaint, and thus there is no way to resolve the complaint, which suggests it is not substantiated and should be removed.

  As said above, we have no basis for believing we have had any interaction with this person so we continue to dispute this review.  Please let us know if the person provided any reasonable basis for their "review", since we have no evidence that any of what they are saying is remotely true.

  More not accepting responsibility by them for their predatory charges. I am an ongoing customer of this business since my children's school forces us to use this service to register for multiple programs. I have raised this issue the vendor multiple times. As you can see the issue dates back many years of being ripped off. Here is one of my multiple chat requests in my email history to prove I exist and the compliant is valid.*** ******** (Snap! Manage)Mar 30, 2023, 7:00 AM CDT *** *****-I apologize for the delay in responding. The processing fee for online payments is charged on all payment transactions done through Snap! Manage for student athletic/camp/activity registrations. The *** fee is $1.00 per transaction and the credit card fees are 3.75%, this is information is visible to parents on the payment page before payment is made. Some schools that use our software will allow parents to pay in the office by cash and not pay a processing fee, but that can vary by school.   They can deny as miuch as they want but it doesn't make it not true. I've provided proof choosing to ignore it doesn't make the problme go away. But based on thier responses this dent tactic seems to the their standard operating procedure.

  This company is a joke. They overcharge, consistently delayed the order, and their sizing is way off. Their customer service is terrible. They are so poorly run they should not be allowed to be in business.

  Buyer beware! Poor execution and customer service. I bought a sweatshirt as part of a high school fundraiser and never received it. ***** shows it was delivered to the high school instead of my home. It never surfaced. This company took my money and did not provide what I purchased. Shame on them for taking money and not providing what I paid for. **************** responded to my emails, but not the issue. They kicked the can down the road. I will influence others to avoid using SNAP.

  I'll start with the good and then explain why it's a 1*. They have an easy to use site that has some nice features and help by having representatives that can give assistance, their product does deliver what it advertises. However, they take 20+% which feels like a scam. Their features are: easy templates that can conveniently be mass-sent, member donation tracker, and an overall progress bar. These things are almost laughably easy to set up, and a high schooler could do it with some time and effort. They claim the 20% fee is for safety and security, but there are many alternative payment handlers that can do the same with a <5% fee.

  This platform is easy to use and quite effective when it comes to fundraising for schools and orgs. They make it easy to create donation pages and share it through different channels. However, their 20% fee is outrageous. That means if your org raises $10,000 they take $2,000 just for using their platform. This is on top of the 3% credit card fee donors are asked to pay in addition to their donation. So 23% of each donor's money goes towards paying fees or SnapRaise, and not the actual organization. Comparable apps like GoFundMe only charge 2.9%! Better off using a different platform!

  This is less of a review but more an alert of possible scam. I'm getting texts for donating to a little league team in my city. I never gave anybody my number or heard of this app before but the link in the text has snap raise address in it. It's an http address though so i'm not even going to click on it. I'd imagine if it were legitimate it would be https so just be careful.

  Snap Raise was by far the best platform our team had ever used! Yes they are more expensive then others, but all the tools and user friendly platform, makes it worth it! As the coach, I didnt need to do a thing, my kids just added there family and friends email and phone numbers and we raised over 40 thousand! We have never had a problem and our rep is on top of it always!
