            I purchased a ticket to the Mamma *** show and showed up with my friend on 7/7. We got there about an hour early and went to the bar (part of the venue) for a drink. After about ********************************************************************** to go outside which I complied. He said that the last time I was there someone complained about me, but he couldn't tell me who or what it was about. I asked for the manager as she told me the same thing and said I was never welcome back at this venue again. Naturally I asked why and for what reasons as I was obviously falsely accused.. She would not tell me and just said that the Croc. is a safe space. They made me feel like some kind of criminal. We never received refunds for out tickets either.

            Security was very disrespectful and discriminated against me and a friend. We were thrown out of the venue because of the spot we were standing in. The area in question had many other people standing there and when I asked why we were being singled out from the croud of people we were given no answer and escorted out. We lost out on a show we drove 5 hours for and spent hundreds on. After the fact I found that there are dozens of negative ****** reviews just on poor staff experiences. This is a recurring problem and this business needs to be investigated to better serve their customers. Very poor showing for security and the handling of the situation.
