    In order to use this item as advertised it requires a tremendous amount of technical work. The specific instructions of which is not adequately outlined in the product packaging, on the company/ product website, or in any of the numerous I attempts I made with the request for more detailed instructions directly to the company support. This product has been falsely advertised as easy to setup and use. The company denied my request for return and refund because I opened the package. I will send back the product with all contents originally included. I expect a full refund.

    On October 23rd 2022, I purchased a Sprite ******************* Player through Atmosfx website, this device is malfunctioning, I contacted Atmosfx and they were not able to help on providing a solution but stated to contact ******** support, On Nov 15th I contacted that company by email I we didn't received a reply or acknowledgement of any type of action. I am disappointed to say the least. Atmosfx seems to be a support driven company, however, if you have issues with a device they sell on their website, it seems you are out of luck. This was time sensitive as we are schedule to open a ride that includes the use of this device. The device at it's present condition is worthless to us.
