I recently purchased a necklace on Nordstrom Rack the description stated that the necklace was 45 inches in length. When I received the item , the necklace was only 18" long, I called customer service and can you believe that they response was they would have to call the manufacturer **** to find out if the description that was on Nordstrom Rack website was correct. How does a large company like Nordstrom not verify was description is put on their website , what a joke. Buyer beware !!! don't trust any description for any item on Nordstrom Rack as the company will put a description without verifying it the description is true to the item.Nordstrom, Inc.

I purchased a bag from them and the strap completely fell apart after 6 months, also causing me to lose certain items as the bag also fell off. Ive contacted Nordstrom on chat and email and been given the runaround. Similar retailers stand behind purchases and will offer a replacement, fix, refund etc. not Nordstrom. Will certainly not purchase from them and sister stores going forward.Nordstrom, Inc.

I completely understand your frustration, and Im really sorry to hear that your bag didnt meet your expectations. Its definitely disappointing when an item doesn't hold up, especially when its purchased with the intention of lasting much longer.

I placed an order for a very expensive item. I received an email that my item was delivered around 10am. When I got home from my 7-7 shift I didnt see any package at my door step. I asked the mail men the next day which he replied that he didnt know. I asked all my neighbors and was told that they receive my package. I then contacted customer service and was told that my item was indeed delivered and they refused to refund me. I tried explaining that I know it says delivered but theres no package here. They told they were able to track it through gps so I then asked for the proof so I can file a police report but they refused to give me that. So I know have to take a 3k loss for an item I never received. Mind you, Ive spend thousand and thousands of dollars with this company. This has been the most stressful and frustrating experiences of my life. I will never buy from this company ever again!Nordstrom, Inc.

This is absolutely ridiculous, my whole package is gone and they said it was delivered but didnt, I have cameras at my house, I send photos and everything but they didnt respond to that. These are my children vacation clothes and my children spring break was canceled because I used my last to purchase those clothes and didnt had any more money at the time, very not fair and yes my children is triggered. Customers are very nasty and they even went as far as handing up the phone on me. I would recommend not shopping here, also my sister live in another state and experiencing the same problem from Nordstrom rack, how is that possible, we been scam I guess.Nordstrom, Inc.

At this time, the bank will work with our financial team directly and the customers bank will follow up with their findings. During these investigations,were not able to process any transactions. Nordstrom told me in order to work with me , I have to close out the dispute, I did just that only to receive a message saying they are no longer working with me. I even ask Nordstrom where is the photo when my package was delivered and they couldnt present me with one. I believe I called so many times they dont answer when they see my number they give me an automated voice saying leave your name and number and we will contact you back, Ive did that several time and no one called me back, if I use a neighbor or family phone then the calls go thru. My bank said Nordstrom has not reached out to them regarding this transaction and when I try to call my bank with Nordstrom on the phone they said they cannot talk with me and my bank. I have a mail from discover stating that dispute has been close out. Nordstrom send me a email stating they will not work with me but instead with my bank about this transaction, but the bank stating other wise. Just a quick background. I worked for Nordstrom for 10 years, a few of which as pacesetter. Which is why *** always given them my business beyond my employment since I know the customer service that was DRILLED into me. However over the last few years, seeing multiple stores shutdown and customer service deteriorating, but the ******************** brothers still needing their most recent Rolexes, customer service has fallen even further, & significantly. Ive talked with 2 customer service **** about my missing order to which I was told by both that they have proof that my order was delivered, but both havent be able to provide any proof of. This has been my first order in 15 years that was stolen without, even my doorbell camera catching the delivery OR the steal, I feel like this is just another grasp at trying to level out loss prevention at any rate this review is to just say that I will never again order from Nordstrom as their business practices are no longer directed towards their customer service. All this to say; Nice to know ya, embarrassed to claim Ive worked for ya.Nordstrom, Inc.

Nordstrom Racks online shopping experience left me deeply disappointed.Ive had positive experiences with Nordstrom Rack in the past, but this time, I encountered a series of ********* make matters worse, I received no refund for item showing delivered but not received or delivered to the correct address or my home. no pictures, and instructions about the delivery location I live in large community were all condos look the same. The only information I had was the city name where I live.When I spoke with the customer support Joes, he seemed skeptical and unable to provide a satisfactory explanation. The next day, I received an email from Nordstrom Rack stating that they had completed their investigation and that the package had been delivered. However, I still hadnt received the second package, which contained only one item.I discovered the first package sitting near my condos stairs, delivered via public walkway, not to the unit. However, the second package was still missing.I called Nordstrom Rack again to inform them about the situation, and Joes repeated his previous response. I suggested that they refund the missing item from the second package and mark the first package as received. However, Joes insisted that our delivery department had confirmed all items had been delivered.Feeling frustrated and disrespected, I ended the call. I then reached out to customer service via chat and email, and I spoke with several representatives. Unfortunately, all of them echoed Joess response, stating that our delivery department had confirmed all items had been ************ left wondering who is responsible for this mishap and how Nordstrom Rack could have allowed such a significant error to occur. As a customer, Im shocked to see a charge on my account for an item I didnt receive and to be blamed for lying.I believe that this company needs to be held accountable for its actions and that its time to consider closing its doors and filing for bankruptcy.Nordstrom, Inc.

Do you understand that for $88 police will not be able to make a report? Why even suggest that? Also if I were to go to court the court fees are $50 filing fee and my time away from work for $88 who would cover this? I was I was accused of stealing also threatened by a LP worker inside the Buckhead Nordstrom rack store legal actions will be taken. I filed a complaint with the store manager waiting for a response. This happened on January 12, 2025. I fear for my life both of the ********** threaten to kill me. Also follow me outside to my car. The police was called. report was made.Nordstrom, Inc.

******** customer service. I have been a ******************** customer for years and its just sad to see what the company has turned to. I purchased a Burberry polo shirt and i have purchased luxury items from them before, unfortunately the item didnt fit and it was a Christmas gift and so i tried to submit a return and was told i cannot because it was purchased through a third party vendor so i have to reach out to them. The third party vendor is Burberry when i reached out to them the response was:Thank you for contacting ************************** We apologise for any misinformation that has been ************ has been brought to our attention that Nordstrom customers have been instructed to contact ******** directly to facilitate returns and/or exchanges. Please be advised that ******** is not permitted to facilitate returns or exchanges for purchases made at any authorised retailers. Rest assured this information is working to be correct. Please contact Nordstrom for the Return/Exchange Policy and available exceptions. I contacted them again and spoke to a supervisor and she was even worse off to say that Burberry has my money so i shoukd reach out to them. I said i purchased the item from a Nordstrom site and my Nordstrom credit card was used so how would ******** refund me she said well they have your money not Nordstrom. Its incredibly sad whatever business Nordstrom has with third party vendors the customers shouldnt be the ones suffering the consequences get your business in order before doing business where its reflecting negatively on your business and customers and Im not gonna stop until i get my money back if i have to sue Nordstrom i will.Nordstrom, Inc.

Your website states free 14 day return which can also be interpreted as after 14 days the customer is responsible for the return how about rephrase that and state the return by date as is done with other products on your website so that customers don't get stuck with expensive products they cant use its very sad how these huge corporations care so little about consumers and its all about your profits.Review fromchristian f

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding an incident that occurred on 12/23/2024 at your store located at ****************************************************************** my visit between 4:00 and 5:00 PM, I was aggressively approached by a security guard who accused me of shoplifting. Despite repeatedly informing him that I had my receipt, he continued to confront me in a violent manner. He pushed me against the wall and threw me to the ground, causing me physical harm. This altercation took place outside the ******** evidenced in the security footage, I repeatedly stated that I had my receipt. The violent aggression I experienced led to an anxiety attack, for which an ambulance was called. I requested to contact the police multiple times, but the security staff falsely claimed that they had already called them.The actions of your security personnel violated numerous protocols, and I am considering legal action against both your store and the security company involved.I would appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and a detailed explanation of the actions you will take regarding this incident. To save a few bucks they use the worst freight carrier in the world (TForce). Not only are they unreliable, they have no idea what they are doing. They failed to deliver on time, which was fine. Whats not alright is not being able to tell me when it will now deliver. How can a company that relies on shipping use such a worthless carrier. Take one look on ****** and you can see that TForce is the worst in the business. Then I have to contact Nordstrom and they said they cant tell me a new delivery date either. I find it very unethical and unprofessional to run a business and not have any clue where a customers purchase is. Shame on you skimping a few bucks and leaving your customers with the worst service imaginable not a good business look.Very disappointedNordstrom, Inc.
