    Deceitful business. I closed my account thru customer service in November. Was told that my balance was paid in full. Two weeks later I received a bill for purchase. I havent used this card since September. Very shady.

    I applied for a credit card and within moments I received an email to submit identity verification within a week. I submit the documents (Social Security number, Drivers license, and proof of address). Four days later, I received an email stating my application was denied due to Documents submitted were insufficient to validate identity . I resubmitted the required documents on day 5, and emailed them asking to reevaluate as it had not been a week and documents were submitted. I received an email shortly stating that application decisions are final. I understand applying for a credit card does not guarantee approval. That is not why Im writing this review. It is because this company received all of my personal information as such, and certainly within the requested time frame of one week, yet deny my application for the exvuse that they did not receive it. I sent the documents, twice. Both within 5 days, or one week as requested. False information. Not a reputable credit company.
