    I ordered rocking chair cushions from the Rocking Chair Company on May 2, 2024. The cushions arrived but it was not the fabric I had ordered and what I received was not acceptable or usable for the intended purpose. The company website states that returns are possible within 30 days by contacting customer service at ************. I have left numerous messages and also sent emails through the contact site and have had no response at all. I will be contacting my credit card company to see if the charge can be reversed.

    I placed my order with their website on 12/9/2023 and my credit card was charged on 12/11/2023, at time I placed my order they stated the order should take 1-2 weeks. The only contact from them was that my order was received. I have attached the only information I received. I have tried numerous times to call to speak to someone regarding the status of my order, but was never able to be connected to anyone. The automated response was that no one was available and I should try again. I then tried the contact form on their website in the Contact Us section requesting a status update with no response. On January 2nd I called and was transferred to someone's voice mail, I left a message with my order information and my phone number and still not heard back.

    On July 3, 2023, I purchased a ***** Seating Companys Cottage Rocker ******** Hickory for $259.00. Their website stated it would take 4-6 weeks to ship. After 5 weeks It stated the order was complete end of 6th week still no shipping information, I emailed and ********************* emailed stating he would check into it, After a week I emailed him again, and the same response, and after another week same thing. He will not tell me when it will ship. A true business would at least respond with a shipping date but no idea why he refuses to send out the rocking chair.

    I ordered a '5 Farm Road Rocking chair' from 'The rocking chair company', ********************* owner on April 29 2023. I was told it would take 4 to 6 weeks, I paid by credit card $469.99. The only communication I have been able to get was an email saying the order was received. I have sent numerous emails, & even tried calling the number given, but have never been able to get a reply for any of them. It has now been about 12 weeks & still not able to get contact with this company. My order number is *********, I either want the item I ordered, or a full refund. I will be contacting my credit card company to see if I can get any satisfaction. I can supply the email, & an email from BOA that the money was paid if required.

    Date I ordered cushions: June 1, 2023 Order number ********* After not hearing anything about my order, I received an email saying that the color/style was no longer available. On July 2, 2023 I reordered a color I was told was available.I have called several times since then and only got a voice mail box which I provided a message asking for the new order number and when I could expect delivery.I have not received any message back from this company but they did charge my ***'s Club master card for $119.98 on June 21, 2023. I sent BBB a copy of that charge.

    I ordered a set of rocking chair cushions from the Rocking Chair Company on May 10,2022. I ordered them online. I used my credit card to pay for them. The website stated they would ship in 2-4 weeks which was fine but now it is almost September and I have not heard a thing or received my purchase.The order # is *********. When my receipt was emailed to me it showed windows and doors instead of the rocking chair company but it had the rocking chair company email address so I didnt think anything of it.The price was 176.96.I tried sending them a message after the 4 weeks were up and never got a response back. I really want those cushions. Hope you can help.     I have responded to this customer.  I had sent several emails saying the fabric that she chose had been discontinued but I don't think she received them.

     

    She has responded now and will get order processed.  Important note:  No money ever left her account.  If a fabric is on backorder we do not process the transaction.
