I did not receive the hair color nor cut that I requested. I paid for the service but requested an adjustment for the service by another provider. I called and emailed multiple times. Antonio Salon called back and emailed once, but failed to resolve the issue.Customer response

Antonio offered a hair adjustment or a refund of ******, which I agreed to.
a refund of $****** was received by me today 10/23/23.

Hello,
Since ***** first informed us that she wasn't happy with the result from her color service, we tried calling her multiple times but unfortunately we were playing phone tag, we did try reaching out through email too which ultimately proved to be successful. Of course we were disappointed that ***** wasn't happy with her hair, and gave ***** multiple options to solve this, which we eventually did and ***** chose to accept our offer of a partial refund. ***** even stated that if her financial situation were to improve then she would consider returning to the salon. We're obviously disappointed that ***** chose to report us to the BBB but also happy that we were able to resolve this unfortunate issue and hopefully see ***** again in our salon. I have attached two pdf of our email thread with ***** and our telephone record showing how many times we tried to reach out.
