When they reviewed my case, they determined it wasnt the right fitand instead of trying to force my hand, they promptly issued a full refund upon my request. TL;DR - Only use them if you have patience, not in urgent need for marriage based ***** They only give you 1 lawyer review and will take 5 business days for every request you make, and each iteration cycle comes with more mistakes. If anything, it's a good representation of what the ***** experience will be once you file My wife and I got married and we are getting ready to file for her permanent residency. I found out about Boundless Immigration and they seemed to have decent review and good pricing that I could afford. During the sales process, they promised me 99%+ success rate and seamless experience.Initial experience was just that, intuitive survey and document guide that is easy to follow. However, real pain began when we started preparing detailed evidence.1. They didn't care to ask for all of the material up front, every submission resulting in 5+ business days of wait time for them to review, only for them to come back for more documents 2. Once they did the "lawyer review" -- we were required to thoroughly review ourselves. We found out that there were numerous mistakes (e.g., getting our i94 document number wrong)3. We submitted our feedback, they took 1 week to get back to us, only to find out that they didn't address 60% of the feedback we provided them (we submitted 50+ edits to begin with, which is abnormal given they claimed to have lawyers reviewing these)4. We only got 1 lawyer appointment upfront, then when we asked for more time with the lawyer, they said they can't connect me and I need to find another lawyer myself So at the end, they are just a tech company with fancy website, but at core it's just a fancy ****** Forms to help you guide through the process. If you want to pay $5,000 for that, I won't stop you, but I would not choose this service againBoundless Immigration, Inc.

They were very responsive to our status update asks in support emails.The lawyer was helpful in checking and setting up our application using the data we put in the boundless website and finally mailing it ****** the application review stages we did have to go through a couple back and forth cycles on revisions but they were all good revisions and strengthened the overall application.Overall positive experience.Boundless Immigration, Inc.

I gave zero rate regarding my experience with boundless. My case is keeping pushed back since March, still showing preparing, and being transfered from one laywer to another one without any notice. If I could give a zero rating I would. **************** is terrible, you are constantly dealing with different advisors who dont know anything and cant help, they dont respond to queries, dont keep to timelines advised, Their attention to detail is poor and I have had to correct multiple mistakes and typos, each time resetting their response time clock. I bitterly regret choosing Boundless and would advise anyone to stay clear of this company - it would be more time efficient and likely more cost effective to use a private immigration lawyer or do the process yourself. I am now stuck using them as they have my money and I cant afford to pay again, and it is causing a high degree of stress and anxiety that is completely unnecessary - all they needed to do was provide the service they sold me and deliver on their commitments.Boundless Immigration, Inc.

They knew my entire situation with my husband before we signed up. We worked for just under a year filling out all the forms and jumping through every hoop. Then they sent us a message saying that they could no longer help us and would issue us a refund. No real explanation. They have wasted our time and with everything going on with immigration these days its safe to say they blew up our lives. DO NOT trust them.Boundless Immigration, Inc.

They are just glorified form fillers. You are still required to do everything yourself. They require an endless amount of documents and then hold you hostage on the document check stage with never ending new requests for a signature, a new form, an additional document, etc. What a waste of time. Go to a local attorney and be done in a week vs months with these guys. I'm trying to get my money back but they're refusing to refund me.Boundless Immigration, Inc.

When I had a call with them, I would only get basic answers to my questions. Even then, me and my fiance decided to save up money to go through Boundless. I told them we would apply for it end of March. Even then, I kept receiving calls and emails. Some just said "Hi, how are you?" I did more digging and found that they do this A LOT and can't even do their job correctly. Luckily we didn't apply through them and we will instead be going through an actual lawyer.Boundless Immigration, Inc.
