    This is my first review of Servify, but my 2nd interaction with Servify. Both times I had a device replacement claim and both times everything went off without a hitch. Both claims went the exact same. I submitted my claim via their website. Got a prompt response that it was approved. My first claim was submitted early day, so replacement device shipped same day via next day air. My 2nd claim was submitted late at night, device was shipped the next day and was also shipped next day air. I received both phones perfectly, got all my data swapped to the new device, packaged my "broken" device back in the same box, applied their label and sent them off. Both devices were received without issue and claim was closed. Overall an excellent experience dealing with Servify both times.

    ************ + and Servify: Servify has been a big headache to me in their services to service my claim for a replacement of ******* ************* 5. On 9/7/2024, I filed a claim on their website as the ******* Authorized repair centres denied help as the device was under warranty and enrolled in ******* care + plan. They advised me to file a claim as its the right thing to do, without me paying them $200 for repairs and ************ + plan is designed to take care of such things. So that's what I did. On 9/10 I received my 1st replacement device which was pretty much scratched, sent them the videos, photos and emails about this. And gave them options for replacement including brand new device as their policy states.But servify was so unprofessional they took another 10 days to ship me 2nd replacement device and kept arguing on false keywords until I showed them their policy that says "New or Refurbished" device and ********************** kept saying "Like New" device only.I am really not sure what they are trying to do by falsely conveying information to users that differs from actual policy. On top of that, their communication was unprofessionally lazy. They are supposed to issue replacement in 2 days or so per their own policya and communicate over any mode continuously but they never did until I reached out everytime.Anyways, I received another replacement today 9/23/2024 and not much to my surprise, they did their lazy job once again by shipping a carrier locked device with carrier boot up splash screen and on top of that, they sent a different color phone than the registered and that too without telling me that.These people are so unprofessional, lazy in doing their job and may be biased by looking at reviews.I am wondering why they haven't been sued yet for not doing their job after taking customers money *** giving them just the frustration

    Extremely Disappointed with Servify, My experience with their customer support , their shady practices with lack of communication about policy or complaince , then deny active policy while acknowledging the mistake on their end to send status updates but failed to provide any meaningful resolution. After purchasing the ************* with Theft and Loss protection plan for my Galaxy Z Fold5 on December, 2023, I paid $329 for coverage. Despite receiving confirmation of my plan's activation, my claim was denied on June 29, 2024, because **** Guard was not enableda requirement never communicated to me.Primary Issues:- No single notification or reminder to enable **** Guard for past 6 months.- Misleading activation confirmation, did not mention the need for **** Guard.i received confirmation from Servify support stating, We're pleased to share that the verification process has been successfully completed, and your plan is now active in the system. The activation email also confirmed, "Your ************* with Theft and Loss associated with your ******* Galaxy Z Fold5 is now active. Your device is now ************************."- Uninformed of non-compliance and not refunded in 6 months while my Insurance status on the ************* website still shows as active with no notifications.Despite all these mistakes and process holes, they had no way to keep a paying customer updated or informed of the services paid for. This feels like an organized scam when I am asked for payment, given confirmation of services, and then denied the promised service when needed.Despite multiple attempts to resolve this with support, I received unhelpful, generic responses and was advised to escalate my issue, but to no avail. This feels like a scam, damaging my trust in ******* after 10 years as a loyal customer. ******* and ********************** need to review their processes to prevent such issues for others.

    I used Service to file an insurance claim for screen replacement and the claims process was simple and very smooth from start to finish, with a very quick turn around. I was able to file the claim and book the service appointment with a short time frame of one another. I appreciate that there was no delay in getting my phone repaired quickly!
