      Company is distributing my information without permission or even my personal entry and is calling/having people call nonstop.Roughly **** calls a day plus texts and emails. Contacts come in 2 hour blocks and disable my phone which keeps me from work and from accessing my medical condition management software on my device that I need to survive. I have requested they stop numerous times, FTC has said they are legit cold call. I have tracked my information back through multiple health insurance organizations like "healthnetwork.com" and the leads seem to be originating here, where I did not enter my information, for a service I have not looked up.

      I am rejecting this response because:my phone number has been on the do not call registry since August 2015. Your call was illegal. You passed my information to other groups who also called repeatedly which is illegal. Your constant spam calls made it impossible for me to work as I need my phone to work. This response from you is nowhere near enough for the issue you are responding to.

      Assurance has been calling my home phone number several times a day for the past few months. Each time they call, it's from a different phone number with an 802 (*******) area code. The robo caller tells me that I need to return the call to discuss a health insurance application and to avoid potential future issues. The call back number given is ************. I have called the company and asked them to remove my name from their caller list. I have also been registered on the national do not call registry since ****. Please make this company stop calling!!

      Assurance has been calling me non stop multiple times a day!!! They leave the same voicemail and usually start their first call early in the morning. I NEVER filed an inquiry with them on insurance coverage. They even initiated contact thru text. Im so frustrated over all their calls. Its a different number each time so I cant block them

      Assurance operates a variety of websites to help consumers obtain insurance quotes and information on other insurance providers for a variety of their insurance and other financial needs. In visiting one of our various websites, a consumer entered this telephone number to request an insurance quote. This is why we [and our partner companies] began calling your number.

      I am rejecting this response because:  I am on the "Do not call registry" and they still call from other numbers even though I have asked them to stop.   I will monitor the situation after today to see if I get any more calls from them.   Therefore, until I am 100% confident that they won't call, I do not want to close this case.

      I continue to be harassed by Assurance IQ despite my repeated attempts and requests for them to stop contacting me. I have told three representatives to take me off of their call list. I have also proactively called their main number and asked to be removed from the list. Despite this, I continue to receive **** calls PER DAY. I will begin tracking each phone number, date/time of these calls and make a formal report with the Attorney General if these calls do not stop immediately. My phone number is attached to this complaint.
