    We have had a General Liability policy for General contractors with CBIC for 4 years. CBIC did not disclose that they charge "Owner Payroll" and charged us an additional ****** for the current premium year and then charged an additional ****** for the year before that. They took the money out of my account via AutoPay with no explanation. When I complained they said "That's how we do it. We made an error on the policy and you owe additional premium." The extra charge is not disclosed in the policy. According to CBIC I still owe then ****** for the prior year's premium. Extremely poor customer service and no communication skills. Beware!
