    reached out to this online marketing company in **** 2022 to consult their market product . on the phone with the sales guy for 5-8mins and was sold a package of using their subscription service with monthly charge $300. contract was sent online to me and i was rushed to sign it in 1 min and paid $300 first month fee right away in the next few days received a few call , the person was unprofessional and made a lot of mistakes of my case/ the system they provided was very bad to use and cost a lot of time. their product was supposed to reduce time of mine for marketing purpose but it went opposite. also they wanted all of my customers personal information input in their system. i felt very comfortable as i think it is against privacy law. i wanted to stop the subscription right away (less than 2 weeks from the date i signed and have not started to use any of their service). i was told i signed a 12 months and declined of refund.in summary, there was no trial period of their online service they sell. and the sales person rushed me to sign a contract committing a 12 months time without telling me that was the case, nor give me any time to read contract . based on the updated automatic renewal law in Oct 2021,there should be a free trail and allow on-line cancellation which both violated by this company OGGVO.secondly, i was charged on June 21, july 21 full price and never used their service for one day. since august to Nov 2022, i have been declining their automatic charge from my credit card company dispute.Dec ***** i received multiple phone calls/emails from OGGVO demanding $300 monthly payment.until this day, i have never used their platform once.i used my work email for communications unfortunately i dont have any docs saved for the refund request i sent and declined by OGGVO. no doc on my side other than most recent 2 months invoice.goal: get my money back for **** and july paid total $600 and cancel their future subscription of all charges

    1 there was no trial period at all offered to know this is a product suits my need or what. the sales guy tricked me sign the contract after i was on the phone with him for less than 5 mins claiming there was a promotion and the day i called , it was the LAST day to enroll to get the slightly cheaper price . i didnot even have time to ready the contract while he was ******* me to pay when he was on the phone

    2 after the what's so called 4 weeks training section started, the person who assigned to me was very unprofessional and all over the places, wasted a lot of time and the product is impossible to use , i therefore , declined to waste any time  on this product and was told i cannot stop the service until 12 months later.

    to summarize, this company was using some promotion pricing to trick the customer pay the package without even letting us know what it would be like  .then no exit can be provided through the whole 12 months without having any chance ahead of time or during the process to stop.

    I was contacted by a very SLICK marketer who lied, lied, lied to get my business. I was locked into a one year contract which I now cannot get out of even though this business does not provide one service for my business. The marketer lied and said I wouldn't have to do anything and that for the fee they charged the Oggvo would make sure that I would be ranking in the top tiers of ****** searches. It turned out that THEY didn't do anything and if I wanted to have any success I would have to do all the work which I do not have time to do as a full time *********** Broker. They lied about every aspect of this business and now I am stuck. I simple want my contract severed for services not rendered. Do not believe the possitive reviews as they are fake.

    I signed up for this company to do reviews for my business I paid them $2,400 on 9/30/2021. I was under the impression this was a one and done thing, I never intended to keep it! never would have signed up to keep it either. Well on the first of September and still at present this company is threatening me on billing!! I tell them I didn't plan to keep it and to cancel it out and I paid them $2,400 on September 30, 2021 and they keep harassing me for money telling me they are sending me to collections. Every time I call I get no one and them I get more threatening emails. Please Help Me!!

    **************** signed a 12 month agreement with Oggvo on 9/29/2021 for the cost of $2,400 paid in full for our Gold Package. I have attached her signed agreement that shows the package, price, term, terms and conditions and her digital signature. Per section 5 of the signed agreement, unless cancellation is requested 30 days prior to the end of the contract term, the agreement will automatically renew on a month to month basis. Because we did not receive a cancellation request from ****************, her agreement automatically renewed on 9/29/2022. We did eventually receive a cancellation request from **************** on 10/24/2022. Per section 5 of the agreement, we require notice 30 days prior to the subsequent billing to be cancelled without any further billing. She was then billed again on 10/29/2022 and scheduled for deactivation on 11/29/2022. We sent several emails to **************** during the cancellation process fully informing her of the terms of the agreement. 

    We have since worked with **************** to come to an agreement and resolve this matter on positive terms.

    If I could give 0 stars I would. I was promised the world. I was extremely hesitant but I fell for their pitch. I love ***************** and yet am very disappointed that he refers this company. I specifically went to them because ***************** endorsed them. The salesperson, ********************* is very convincing and assured me I would be at the TOP of page 1 with little effort. Months later I simply am out $3k and not at top of page 1. Also, I was told that they would be doing all the work and communicating often. Instead they had a person who barely spoke English call and set up MANY meetings where I DID the work. After some frustration and wasted time I asked this girl that was obviously from the *********** when I would be on page 1 of ****** and her answer was, "Oh we are NOT ****** specialists!" I blew my top and was like, "What am I paying for then?" Later *** assured me she was fired - a lot of good that does for me. I still am not on page 1 and I am still out the money with no communication from this terrible company. I could have paid per month but instead paid for the full year in advance and received none of the results I was promised. I would like a full refund. Also, the work done was by me not by this company. They are definitely not doing what they promised to do.

    I am rejecting this response because:  I was told I had a new "Account Manager" *************  He contacted me one time and since has ghosted me.  Also as far as the reviews Oggvo did NOT help me obtain those reviews, I personally took care of it by calling each person and asking them to review me.  What they did had nothing to do with what they are calling a so called success which is NOT a success since they promised me to be on page 1 of ****** on the TOP of it.  They kept showing us other persons who are on the top and was told we would be there soon.   Also, I had no problem with the accent of the the first account manager.  The problem was when I asked why we were not getting anywhere and she answered well we are NOT ****** specialists.  At which point, I asked, so what exactly did we pay for if that is what we thought we paid for.  Her response was well we provide you an avenue to connect your social media and give you widgets for your website.    That is NOT what we paid for.

    On 9/02/22 I contracted with the vendor, Oggvo to help activate, and procure my online reviews as a new real estate agent. Under the agreement, Oggvo would push out review requests to a list of clients I provided to various online accounts. The primary account being my ****** Business page. Oggvo promoted the company as having a proprietary software in combination with a partnership with ******. However, on October 6, my ****** Business Profile was suspended. Come to find out the suspension was due to changes Oggvo was making on the backend of my ****** business page. In an email from, ******, my Customer Success Advocate This can happen sometimes when edits are made to a page (even when the edits are within ******'s guidelines). This was NOT something disclosed in the signed contract, verbally, or otherwise, prior to signing the 6 month contract @ $250 per/month. The suspension of my page remained in affect all the way until October 20. Meanwhile, automated emails from Oggvo on my behalf had already gone out to my clients asking for reviews on my business page that was now suspended. To say this was humiliating is an understatement. From there I had several email exchanges with ******. In 7 separate emails I expressed my dissatisfaction and complete lack of confidence in their companies ability to prevent this from happening again in the future. They gave me no reason to believe they had any control over this happening again in the future. *** asked for a refund and cancellation of services - that they could not deliver on - and they have refused to do so. Please advise, as this is causing me a lot of unnecessary time, energy and money. 6 month contract and bills from *********** (in excess of $500) attached. Looking forward to speaking further and hope to come to a quick resolution. Oggvos inability to deliver on a product which promises to enhance my online presence, but does the exact opposite, should be entirely responsible.

    I am rejecting this response because: As clearly stated in my initial complaint, Oggvo has no control over when and if ****** will suspend my business page again in the future when Oggvo inevitably needs to make changes to my business page. I cannot and will not take the chance that my page is down yet again for another two weeks. This is an inescapable flaw of their companys relationship with ******. This was NOT pointed out, referenced, or suggested as a possible problem within the signed contract. Therefore, I am requesting a full refund and stop payment to any future payments to Oggvo. I was sold on an inherently faulty service. Regardless if they believe it to be ******s fault - they sold themselves as a partner with ******, and NEVER mentioned the chance and possible future chance of having my page shut down yet again.

    Oggvo lied to me, took my money, and I have never received any services. I singed up for a 1 year contract for $2000, it has been six months and I have not received a call back. I have called numerous times and tried to reverse the charge on my credit card. They originally sold me because they said their software worked with my CRM, then the next day when they reached out to do the on-boarding they informed me that they didn't work my my CRM. I asked for a refund within the first three business days and I have never received one. I signed up six months ago and I have not heard one word, no services provided. I think most of the reviews on ****** are spiked because their are many complaints filed against Oggvo with the Better Business Bureau for the exact same situation and similar scenarios.

    An Oggvo representative reached out to me in August stating they were partnered with a company that works with my brokerage. That was the first misconception! He explained how their service could benefit my business and guaranteed that it would work with all of the systems I had in place. Later after having a discussion with my assigned Oggvo Account Manager, I was informed that their service could not work with all the systems I had in place as the initial sales rep had promised. I explained to her that I only signed up for their service because of what the sales rep told me. As the account manager walked me through their services I realized that it would not be beneficial to me. Their service would require me to do more work. The account rep was asking me to do things that I felt she should have been setting up for me. A complete waste of time. This was in the first couple of weeks of signing up for this service. I informed her their services was not a good fit for me and I would like to cancel. I then received an email from Oggvo Support reminding me that I signed a contract with them and it doesn't end until February. Oggvo did not address my concerns. First of all, Oggvo is not partnered with my brokerage or any companies in partnership with my brokerage. I asked around about them and was immediately advised that my brokerage has no dealings with this company. Second, the service does not do everything that the sales rep claimed it would do. They have attempted to charge my credit card numerous times after I have written them, and verbally stated that I do not want their services. I had to lock my card when I realized that they don't care about misconceiving clients and making empty promises as long as they get you to sign a contract with them and your money. I want a refund of the initial deposit I paid for this service. I also want to cancel the contract. They have done absolutely nothing for me and I never completed the setup with them.

    I am rejecting this response because they have only reached out to me to collect payment. Oggvo is dishonest in their response regarding me refusing to speak with them. I voiced my grievances to both the sales agent and account manager via email and phone call. As I stated in my initial complaint, this is a very dishonest company.  They have turned a deaf ear and continue to send emails about my payment that is due. What exactly am I paying you for? Nothing has been set up on my account and I have not utilized your systems!

    Oggvo can do no better than what I am able to do for myself. Unfortunately, this was not discovered until my first scheduled call with the account manager after being misled to getting my name on the contract. I do not wish to continue to do business with Oggvo, and they have continually attempted to charge my bank card after hearing my grievances. I WILL NOT CONTINUE BUSINESS WITH OGGVO UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES! They are only in business to collect money and care nothing about their dishonest practices. Everyone has similar complaints about this company which could possibly result in a class action lawsuit if they do not resolve their business practices. I will not be bullied into keeping this service. Oggvo has done absolutely nothing for me and I have not used any of their systems or service.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    The contract doesn't matter right now. I've never denied executing a preliminary agreement. The issue is that Oggvo oversold the service, and I later came to the conclusion that it wouldn't be a good fit for my company's needs. I fail to see why Oggvo finds this difficult to comprehend. Because they won't listen to me and only care about receiving my money, I'm no longer taking calls from this firm. This business continues to make weekly attempts to bill my credit card for services they have not rendered. I would never think twice about doing business with a company that works in this way. 


    I told the account representative in an email sent weeks ago that I no longer wanted their service and asked that she cease sending me email reminders to make my appointment. Oggvo seemed to be playing a game because the account agent never acknowledged my request and kept sending me emails to make my weekly appointment. 


    I have the right to end the business partnership if I am unhappy with the service Oggvo delivers because it is not a guarantee. The majority of the features on their client dashboard are offered by competing social media apps for no cost. Simply end our agreement because I won't pay you or honor our agreement. Your impolite behavior has wrecked the business connection.

    I signed up with Oggvo a few months ago because they promised to increase my online presence for my real estate business. To get me to sign up they gave me a whole spiel about how they would do technical stuff on the backend that would increase my online presence and make me come to the top of ****** searches for real estate agents in my area, They told me about how they would handle everything and save me so much time. Well That isn't at all what they actually did. All they've done is provide me with a CRM that I don't need or use. I already have a CRM, I would have never signed up if I had known thats all I was going to get. The only other thing they do is send me reminders every once in a while telling me to post on my social media. And when I confronted them about this they told me they need me to do my part. My part? The whole point of this was to take a load off my shoulders and have them handle it. So basically its up to me to increase my online presence by posting and interacting more and they just sit back and monitor it. They also refuse to let me out of the contract early even though they completely misrepresented what they do.

    I am rejecting this response because:  Yet again they are not addressing my concern which is that when I signed up I was told they would take care of everything and do technincal stuff on the backend to increase my online presence, I never would have signed up if I had been told the truth.  What they actually offer is not what I was looking for and not what I was told I was signing up for.  And "working the platform" to them is me posting regularly to my social media, I dont need to pay someone $200 a month to post on my social media myself.  It makes no sense.  The only thing their platform does is organize my contacts and streamline my reviews, and again I already have a CRM, I dont need another one and that is not what was sold to me at sign up.

    I contacted this company to help improve my company profile online. I agreed to pay them $250 monthly for their work. After speaking with them, it seemed more like they were a consulting company telling me what to do to increase my company profile online, giving me homework to do to before a scheduled call. That is not what I hired them to do. I work a lot of long hours and hired them to do the work for me not to teach me how to do it myself. I paid them for work they never did and after no long wanting to be scammed I stopped working with them. They promptly sent my file to a collection agency, that practices in intimidation and threats, and is charging me $4000. When I asked their agency what are they charging me for, they told me they are not obligated to answer my question because this is a commercial debt. This company misrepresented what they could do, which I am sure is complained about a lot with them. But their practice in charging people $4000 when a person isn't willing to pay them for doing absolutely nothing is paramount to extortion and is definitely fraud. They use an unscrupulous collection agency that threatens to put a judgement against you and take your bank accounts, assets, land and properties as well as garnish your wages if you don't pay immediately....again for work this company has never done. They have also threatened to take action against my licenses, bonds and permits which I am questioning is even legal. I want a refund for the money they took for services they said they could do, but never rendered. I would like the threats and harassment to stop immediately and I think it is important that people become aware of how this company misrepresents their services and their tactics when people try to terminate the relationship due to their lack of performing the services they were hired to do. Trying to scare someone into paying them $4000 for their doing nothing is wrong. And I think people should know it.

    We have tried multiple times to communicate with ****** Unfortunately when a client does not communicate we are left to send the accounts to a 3rd party collection company. Below you can see the abundant attempts to communicate with ****** Attached is a email from ***** claiming she will pay the **** in full which she then did not pick up and or pay her ****. Sending a client to collection is a rare occurrence as 99% of the time we can come to a solution in house when given the opportunity. ***** did not allow us this.

    03/03 I called serveral times again, went straight to voicemail. I then sent her an email and she was saying she was not getting any of my calls or text we had to reschedule for03/04 -AS
    03/04 Tried giving her a call today, still going to voicemail. Sent her a text and email telling her to call me but haven't heard back -AS

    4/8/22- lmtc on her vc/mail.. and sent link to her email again..jh
    4/3/22- ***** declining with March..jh

    4/3/22- recvd message from april she will pay tonight..
    3/28/22- Recvd email from ***** she thinks she recvd new card today, if so, will call me to update billing
    3/16/22-Recvd email frm april, she is still waiting for new cc..jh
    3/9/22- Recvd email frm *****, she is waiting for new cc to update billing. i told her to contact me when she does..jh
    3/3/22- Mar declining. Just signed up last month..jh; Cancellation Date 05/12/22; Cancellation Reason - Other (explained); Months Completed at Cancel - 1 ;

    I am rejecting this response because: After complaining about getting no results for the money I already spent, and your guy promising results, I agreed to pay $250 on April 26th.

    On May 9th I received the attached letter from them asking me to pay my contract IN FULL for $750. I was on a month to month program...which was obviously results oriented. 

     

    I asked for an explanation of what I the $750 covered since my online profile still remained untouched, I received no response. I again said that I was willing to pay in full if they could deliver the results I was promised. 

    On May 12th I was advised my account was canceled.  So instead of doing what they were hired to do, and answering my question about why the $750 charge...they just opted to cancel me instead. 

     

    You will note, that their letter indicated that $750 paid the contract in full so where did this $4000 **** come from?  They did nothing to earn $750.  And they are now having a collection agency try to harass and threaten me to pay 5xs the amount THEY indicated was owed A MONTH AND A HALF AGO!!

    This company is not results oriented.  They are in business to collect fees for as long as they can before people get fed up and drop them.  Their collection agency's tactics are paramount to extortion and I really think they need to be reported as well.
