  Love our new bathroom! Liroy was very professional, helpful and communicative from the very first meeting. Its never easy having contractors in your home, but each Equinox employee was skilled, conscientious and polite. We would definitely hire them again.

  We recently hired Equinox for a major remodel of the first floor of our home, with a special focus on the kitchen. The project spanned approximately 12 weeks and we're very pleased with the final ********* with any large-scale renovation, there were a few challenges. Our main concerns were with the cabinets and communication. The cabinets we received were framed, despite our request for full-access (frameless) ones. Additionally, there were multiple errors made by the original cabinet installers, which led to rework and delays. However, Equinox took action to address this by replacing with a better subcontractor, which we appreciated.Communication was another area that could have been improved. At times, decisions we made had to be reiterated, and certain details from phone calls werent confirmed, leading to some confusion. We feel that more attention to understanding our requests and decisions could have helped avoid these miscommunications.On the positive side, the overall workmanship was excellent. We absolutely love the mosaic/tile backsplash, and the countertops turned out great. The flooring, ceiling, fireplace, doors, and windows also came out well, as did the exterior work that resulted from these remodels. Equinox did an excellent job in all these ********* of the highlights of our experience was the professionalism and solution-oriented approach. A great example of this was when one of the product managers, Liroy, met with us in person to address an issue with a window that was initially installed too small and in the wrong location due to an obstructing pipe. Liroy took the time to listen to our concerns, provided a clear list of possible solutions, and ultimately delivered a beautiful window that now perfectly complements the kitchen.We appreciate the hard work and dedication of the contractors and subcontractors who helped bring our vision to life.

  Liroy and his team are SOLID - very professional in their dealings, excellent and proactive communication, knowledgeable on any construction/ remodel related topics. Fair and transparent in their dealings (wont give you stress). What stood out for me particularly was how Liroy always presented options, workarounds etc as needed, they did a very good job for my bedroom and deck addition and finished the work ahead of my expectations. I would HIGHLY recommend Equinox and you can trust them with your projects.

  So glad we found Liroy and Equinox Builders. We had a fairly simple project in a small place: remove a utility closet and a bedroom closet, add a pocket door to an office space, and turn our garage entry to a proper mudroom. We looked at other contractors, but really vibed with Liroy and his vision for the space. He was quick to put together plans, a reasonably priced estimate, and once the work started his crew was friendly, punctual, and finished the job impeccably well. We worked together along the way as well, with the team asking for real time feedback on what they were doing. We're so happy with the work and excited to use our new mudroom! Equinox Builders will be our first call next time we need a project big or small.

  I had my master bedroom and bathroom remodeled 1st from Equinox Builders. I thought they did a tremendous job so I had them remodel the whole house. I called ***** on a Friday, and he was able to come over the next Monday to do an assessment on my project. I told him at that meeting that I would be ready to start within two weeks and thats when he started. He did tell me the project would take at least 6 weeks to 8 weeks but I already was prepared. My 2nd experience with Equinox Builders was even better because I knew the company, the guys and the point of contact. I RECOMMEND anyone who needs an upgrade in their home to call Equinox Builders

  I had a great experience working with Liroy and Equinox Builders on my bathroom update. Equinox provided a clear and detailed estimate, provided professional and polite contractors, and the job was completed in a timely manner. Communication with Liroy throughout the process was easy and problem-free. I have already recommended them to a number of friends and neighbors, and will certainly keep them in mind for any future projects I may have.

  I hired Equinox Builders to convert an open space into a bedroom and convert a half bath to an attached full bath. ***** and his team did an excellent job and got the work done to my requirements. The end result has been fantastic. ***** made sure I was kept in the loop all along and made frequent visits to ensure everything is going per plan. He was receptive to suggestions and always ensured anything that needed attention was addressed properly. I highly recommend hiring Equinox builders for any home renovation projects you may have.
