    This company never answers their phone. I have been trying to cancel my service for almost 2 months now and they billed me. I didnt use the service because my customers got an error or the number simply didnt ring when calling the number assigned. Im beginning to think this company is a scam. I need to be refunded and I need guarantee that my service is canceled. Such a shame I have to file a complaint instead of someone at this company answering the phone to assist. Also, make it where customers can cancel online if youre not going to answer calls.

    I used this service minimally and then kept paying for the service long after I stopped using it because I know it's likely i'll need it in the future. The text messaging feature they recently added and promote on their website and advertise when you call it automatically charged to your account even if it is disabled and never used. They charged me for the feature after it was released despite me never activating or using it. ******It took 2 emails (unanswered) and 2 phone calls to get a refund. When I tried to point out to the representative that i spoke to around 12:10PM EST 11 May 2022 about the communication problems, he just went into a script like apology like he didn't have the ability to listen. ******I bring up problems with email and he responds with a comment about a time when i called outside of business hours. I bring up problems with email, he responds with occasionally things fall through the cracks, we are a online company and ask customers to review information online (as if there was a issue I was pointing out that could have been resolved online If i just logged in and reviewed my account). It was like talking to a child with ADHD trying to hide it will random responses. *****I did get a refund for the previous charges, but the company overcharged me on the next incoming ****. I'm not calling back to deal with that, credit card chargeback is much more straightforward, and can be done online. ****So 2 instances of incoming emails ignored, 2 different customer service reps dropped the ball on the email follow up promised, another person dropped the ball on the billing issue, then this last rep was so focus script apologizing while simultaneously making comments that confirmed he wasn't listening that i asked them to close my account. If you like wasting your time, do business with kall8 or Dial800.
