    I ordered a print job online for this *** store location. When I went in to pick it up the manager said the system was down and unable to print. I asked for a refund and was told I have to go through ***. I contacted *** and was told these print jobs are not sent to the main *** company, but directly to the individual store. The refund will need to be done through the store. I contacted the store several times via phone and left a message with an associate and have left a voicemail, other times there was no answer. I also submitted an online form on the website to contact me. I have not received any communication from the store to resolve this. It's been more than a week. There has been time for the business to reach out. This business has a very low online rating, due to various complaints from customers. They do need to do a better job with handling customer service concerns and resolutions in house.

    Hi,

    ******** had placed the order online portal of *** corporate and our store was only a pickup center. She had not paid to our store and that's why we can't refund it. She have to contact the *** corporate for refund. To take care of our customer we can compensate if she drop in our store and manager cherry love help her.

    My sister packaged a box filled with gems, phone and a book on February 14th. Declared it as $999 in the package. One employee even helped her pack it. The next day package was labeled as damaged when I went to track it. I contacted **************** they said the package was damaged and nothing inside. A month gone by contacted the *** store spoke with Manager **** she said nothing was sent to them about the missing package & and if I didnt declare the amount I wouldnt get anything close to that back for the items in the package. Odd since I got a confirmation from customer service said inspection was complete. I called back for the third time and spoke with the assistant she checked the email I sent with all the information she asked for Receipts, pictures of the products & tracking information to file a claims. It has been a week and a half still no contact back. I emailed them two different times nothing in response. When I contact customer service they said I have to contact that store. Hard to do since I want a paper trail but they dont get back to me. It has been a month and a half. I would like the amount of money we declared it as so I can buy a new iPhone for my son and gems for my daughter. Looking at the reviews on Yelp & online this store is the last place I would go to send anything. Others should be aware of this store!Your Team at ******* Store **********************************************************************

    I am rejecting this response because: They are not taking ownership of the lost package. The bubble mailer was purchased at their location, employee help my sister package the products. They contacted me back saying it was mailed in a cheap bubble mailer. Kind of confusing considering its what they sell. I have done everything they asked with finding pictures of the products and value and package receipts. They had no problem taking my sisters money to mail it but now they will not take ownership of sending the package because it was not up to there mailing standards. If you purchase the mailer from them they helped package what is their mailing standard then? Where are my missing items? Not a lot and found anywhere in the store or distribution center? Products just dont go missing in air. I would like dollar value of some items that were missing.

    This complain is for *** store **** and all the mails are going to *** Store **** in *******.

    Please correct your email   is ***********************************************************.

    Further the the claim was denied by the ********, who handle the claims on behalf of ***. Letter attached.

    we had also sent the letter to the customer. it's not packed  properly. Bubble mailers are not for packing the cell phone and valuable.

    We are certified packer and we guarantee if we pack but if the customer pack herself then they are responsible.

    We offer for packing but she was not ready to give us for packing and find herself the cheaper way to pack herself.

    Sorry, we can not do if denied by the company.

    I am rejecting this response because:I did in fact email the correct *** store  the manager ******* and her assistant confirmed when I emailed them all the details of the items in the box.  

    This is from the owner of the *** store. Further I want to bring to your kind notice that the customer had not packed the items properly and very cheaply in bubble mailer  only and not in a shipping box. So, the claim settlement company, the ******** of the courier company ***, had denied the claim. The letter attached for your reference.
    The staff always advises the customer for proper packing and especially if it's over $100 value.  But she insisted on sending it like that instead of properly packing it by certified staff to pack and then it's guaranteed. It's not only by declaring value you get the money. She has to pack properly.

     

    The bubble mailer was bought at that *** store the ones they sell they are cheap? Why would they advertise and sell them if they are cheap?  I added the receipt on an email I sent of proof it was bought at the *** store. 

     

    My sister said the girl working helped her pack the items. The owner reached out to me and said I can have my claim re-looked at the manager ******* was supposed to send an email to claims to do so.
