I had signed up for their weight loss program which they listed as refundable and could be cancelled. I didn't receive the majority of the items they sent (weight scale etc). Attempts to contact them do not go well via phone. They do not return messages. Long story short they messed up the prescriptions. They were sending prescriptions from doctors who did not have active licenses, telling me to go to pharmacies that didn't have the order, and giving me fake 800#s to call to confirm meds that were supposed to be mailed. I'd call these numbers and they would be for completely different businesses. I asked to cancel after only receiving 2-3 months of meds and it was all very inconsistent. Per the sign up agreement I should have had a pro rated refund of 7-8 months. When I emailed them their response was that prices had gone up and they were out of money and no longer issuing refunds. I've asked for additional calls back and to date have not received any. This business is a complete scam. I paid over $1600 and never received the items promised and had numerous issues with their fraudulent prescription writers. I would even get calls from the pharmacy stating someone was suspiciously trying to send in a prescription with a license that had expired years ago. This entire thing was a giant scam.
