    ***** ********************** developed a website that uses at least seven (7) photographic images that were taken by and that belong to my wife, *******************. Mr. ********************** provided no compensation for use of these images, and we have communicated repeatedly to him that he does not have permission to use the images. Mr. ********************** wrongly seemed to believe that he was granted use of the images by prior verbal agreement, but it was clarified to him unequivocally on January 2nd that this was not the case, and that he was using the images without permission. The website is public and remains live as of noon on January 3, ****. We have repeatedly requested that Mr. ********************** remove the photos; he has not done so and persists in arguing that he is using them with permission.

    Hello - thank for the follow up on this issue. The day after I filed the complaint, the business removed the images in question from their website, as they had indicated they would. I can consider the issue resolved now, as I do not anticipate there would be any further attempt to use the images without permission.
