    Played on the ******* Casino site for years, hit a 25 billion coin Major jackpot, next day got a message that my account had been blocked due to me violating the responsible gaming policy. I emailed via the provided support link. They did write back but did not accurately answer my questions. One email response stated I had obtained coins fraudulently via a third party source. I have never bought coins. I just wanted to post my experience to make others aware of this company.

    Im not even sure I am reporting to the correct agency but I think someone should take a look at this company . Ive played ******* casino for the last few years amongst other slots games and it would be by far my favorite if it werent for limited play time problems. By that I mean I have also played the other casino games daily too for the same amount of time but this game by far will have very long periods of times where many of its machines pay out so little. I have spent money on all the games which was my choice but when compared to the others this one has way less play time than the others. Unfortunately loyalty is not rewarded but is used against you. I dont mind occasionally paying to play the games but it seems in the beginning when I purchased the coin packages I would get bigger hits right away and longer play time. It definitely is not like that now . In fact in some cases the coins just went faster. Like I said this would be by far my favorite and I dont mind paying occasionally but there is something different about this than the others and I believe they should be monitored more closely. Thank you

    This is a scam they do not answer emails after spending ***** l did not receive coins gave them my transaction details and they don't even bother getting back to me tells me all was sent but they keep deleting my messages it's not the money it is the principle these people give very little and take a lot be very careful switch to another slot l intend to tell all

    Purchased coins and never received. When I notified them they sent an initial email asking for purchase info. I sent and never heard back for 10 days until I put in for refund with my credit card company.

    I only put 1 star because I didn't have the option to give zero stars. PRODUCT MADNESS slit game ******* CASINO is a complete 100%, joke and a rip-off. No matter how much of your own personal money you spend just to be able to continue playing this awful unreal slot machine, ******* casino wins and you lose. Even when I do actually have a win that in real life would be a huge jackpot, it's barely enough coins on the ******* slots. Other online casinos give the amount of coins for the wins, but product madness does nothing and when or if a complaint is made, product madness becomes a wimpy cry cry and blocks you from being able to continue to play. What's that about. Is it OK for the CUSTOMER to lose, but big baby ******************** is not allowed.
