    I would avoid buying any guitar from this dealer. Communication with seller for me did not exit with this company in Product description and shipping. Also not having an email adress should have been a warning.1.Ordered an ******* T49D/v (double pick up) as shown in their picture. However it was advertised as a T49 V (Single Pick up)Had to inquire and was not sure if I was being told the truth.When guitar arrived, was cold and was covered with moisture due to cold winter weather. Was not packaged well for a fragial guitar. Was in case placed in cartboard box with some styro foam. No plastic wrap over guitar etc.Also neck pick up did not work. Most likely due to moisture.2. Was offered a replacemen which I agreed to against my better judgement.Guitar also arrived poorly packaged in a cardboard boxed that looked like it was already used several times and was ready to collapse. Also had several packing slips that where torn. off. Was not pleased with the playability and asked to return the replacement for a refund.3. After several attemps and much confusion why I could not be sent a return lable, I assumed I was not going to get one, therfor, I took the inative to ship the guitar myself at a cost to me of $167. (Since I not in business of shipping guitars was not sure of cost and did not have any business discount could not seek a discount.)4. Approx 4 days later I got a message from seller saying *** did not pick up the guitar with the teturn label which he created. Would have been nice if he would have told me to be on look out for label from ***.I believe this delay along with the confusion and lack of communication worked out to his advantage and has made me distrustful of this dealer.5.In my last message to seller asked for refund on shipping or the possibility of splitting the shipping cost since believe that the guitar had some issues such as stiff playability and some indentation or unevenness in the neck. Have not received a reply as to date.

    ***, sorry again for any inconvenience that transpired with this order. As we just discussed on the phone, there were some communication issues regarding this return which were caused by Amazon's messaging system and possibly the spam filter on your *** email account. I did respond to all of your messages and did send you a *** return label to your *** account, although it seems that not all of these messages were received. We did refund you in full for this order over a week ago so you should have seen that reflected in your Amazon account. If Amazon did not provide you with a full refund, let me know. Thanks again and if you need anything in the future I'd be glad to help.*******************************

    Seems odd seller informed me that a return lable was created after I notified amazon that I was returning guitar with a copy of shipping receipt.Seller could have called me and informed me that he would supply shippimg label at discount rate and deduct shipping from my ****** Since he chose not to it cost me $167.Not real sure but I believe at his discount could have been not much than $75- $100..
