      I hate to break pierre's A+ bubble. This is the most unprofessional dealer I have ever done business with. Bought a car around 11/29/24. The factory items on the sticker were not installed nor furnished. This was settled after a month of waiting. After all day I go to leave, the *** ***** me 1 key fob. He says we will mail it. Again after a month. Now yesterday 1/18/25. I get a letter from ********** stating they received no money for registration and taxes. AT LEAST THEY GOT A APPLICATION. As of 2 weeks ago I have been driving illegally, because I'm out of trip permits. Ony allowed 2 a year. I called them yesterday. They said they will contact me Monday. This buying experience needs to stop and my 2 trips to DMV and another one expected for the latest s**** up has consumed hours and hours of my life. Obviously these people do not know what they are doing. So fix this so I do not have to go to DMV. Do I have to wait another 6 weeks to get my plates. I've had enough. We are sorry that the issue of the accessories took time to resolve, I will follow up with the staff involved and address that, so we are better going forward.  We sent all of the tilework AND the check for the monies collected in the deal to the Oregon DMV on December 13th, 2024, and the check we sent cleared our bank on January 16th, 2025.I do not know why the delay or why they sent a letter about payment.

      I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding my unresolved cancellation request for the ***** Wrap" plan associated with my 2023 **** Bronco Sport, which I purchased last year.On September 3rd, 2023, I contacted Pierre Ford to cancel this plan. I was informed that the cancellation process would take approximately 60 days. However, nearly 90 days have passed, and I have not received any confirmation of the cancellation, nor have I been provided with any follow-up ************** address this matter, I sent an email on November 5th, 2023, and followed up again on November 27th, 2023. Unfortunately, I have not received any response to my inquiries.I am requesting immediate action to finalize the cancellation of this plan and to receive written confirmation of its completion. I would appreciate your prompt attention to resolving this issue.Thank you for your time and assistance.

      Thank you for sending us this complaint to review. I have pulled the history and spoke to our accounting department that processes our cancelations. They confirmed it has been processed and the funds come directly from the ************************* We used the lender information from the cancelation form (attached) that states Santander is the lender and who the $3,032.20 credit will go to. I am sorry that ******* did not respond in November when he was emailed, I will review this with him to make sure we communicate better in the future.

       I previously had an issue with Pierre Ford regarding the cancellation of a protective plan. The process was significantly delayed, and my inquiries were ignored until I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Following that complaint, the matter was marked as "resolved," and I received a notice of cancellation. Pierre Ford informed me that a refund check had been sent to my financial institution, *************. However, more than two months have passed since that notification, and ************* has yet to receive the check. I have made multiple attempts to contact Pierre Ford via phone and emailspecifically on January 7th and January 29th of this yearbut I am once again being ignored. I am requesting proof that the check was sent, including a copy of the check, the mailing address it was sent to, and any tracking information. If the check was lost or not processed, I would like a new one issued as soon as possible. This refund is crucial, as I intend to refinance my vehicle, and each month of delay is causing me financial loss. I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter.

      I just spoke to our accounting office and confirmed that the check from us for the sales tax refund ($310.80) was indeed sent to ********* and cleared our bank on Jan 27th, 2025 

      I also spoke to the Service contract company who confirmed that the check for the service contract refund ($3,032) was also sent but they do not show it as clearing their bank so they are having that check canceled and will reissue another that will be sent to Santander ASAP.

      We were not able to come to an agreement regarding our trade-in/purchase. All good and that's their choice but they continue to contact us harassing us about a better deal for the trade-in, other offers, etc. obviously harassing us like 10 year old kids. It has not been once, but over 10 times these calls have come in and we continue to tell them to stop calling. I'll be emailing **** corporate on this as it's getting a little concerning there are sales people like this acting on behalf of an established brand.       In August I pre-ordered a car from this business. After being told they wanted a very large, non refundable deposit for moving forward the order with ****, I decided to use another dealership and told them to cancel my order. However, even after multiple solicitations by phone, text and email to close the order that is still in the system, they still have not done anything about it. I am only asking them to cancel the order.

      Bought a car and a $1000 maintence package in july 2023. Was told i can take it to any **** dealership to get the oul changes! I was lied to cause Bill pierre ford in Lynwood refuses to ***** that $1000 maintence package!

      Definitely a scammer and dishonest deader, and the worst buyer experience.I went there to test drive a car. A sales walked me the whole lot and then told me the car was in service so I can't test drive it. Two weeks later I called them again to see whether the car is available. The salesperson guaranteed the car is ready for test drive and then made an appointment for me. You know what? When I arrived, they told me again that the car is not available to look or test drive. Such ridiculous! Just wasted my time, and they don't even say sorry. I highly doubt they don't have the car actually because no one ever sees it, they just want you to go there and sell you some other rubbish!

      We have the vehicle, and it is available to purchase. During our inspection the hood latch was identified as needing to be replaced and it's not safe to drive until that is done. We ordered the latch and unfortunately, we are still waiting for the part.

      About six months ago I visited this dealership to test drive a vehicle. I explained to them that I was in the market for this vehicle, but was not willing to purchase that day. I ended up purchasing from somewhere else about a month later. Ever since I visited they have called me repeatedly to ask if I am still in the market. I have answered and explained that I am not in the market for a vehicle anymore and would like to stop getting called at least five times in the last few months. I have blocked several phone numbers they have called me with but they call from a different number every time. Its not the end of the world but its annoying and Id really like it to stop.

      Pierre Ford's sales reps keep texting and calling me asking if I am interested in a car even though I told them many many times I was not interested. I used the STOP feature on their texting system, but they texted me from a different number and then switched to calling me and leaving detailed messages. After a month I was irritated enough to call them back and left a message explaining that I was not in the market and that I wanted them to never call me again as their pushiness had guaranteed I would never give them my business. I also blocked the numbers of the sales reps who had been calling and texting me.They called me again after that from a different number. I left a message telling them if they contacted me again I would write them a one star review online. That seemed to hold them off for a bit as I did not hear from them for several months. But then a new person from their office called me again a few days ago, from yet another different number, almost six months after I had purchased a car and had instructed them to not call me ever again. I again told them I was not interested and I wanted them to stop calling me. I was told that my name and number were still listed in their system as a potential lead for someone interested in buying a car when I had asked before to be removed. When I told the sales rep who called me that day that they needed to remove my number from the list of people they call, I was told they could not. I was then called again today by yet another different salesperson from the same place, and he also texted me. I again selected to opt out of texting and called back and told them that they needed to never call me again, that at this point they were harassing me by continuing to call and text after I had repeatedly instructed them not to, and that I would be reporting them for their bad business practices.All I want is for them to stop calling and texting me. I have told them that half a dozen times, but they don't care.

      I bought a car a year ago from a bill pierre ford dealership. When buying the car I was given a warranty. Recently the car broke down and the entire engine seized. When I took it in the **** that looked at it ( different than the one I bought from) informed me that it had an incorrect part placed onto the car. They put an oil filter on my car that wasnt for it, and so it fell off causing the engine to seize. Now the dealership is denying placing the part on my car and claiming that they dont even buy these parts when nobody has touched the car since buying it. Because I went over my oil change miles they are blaming me, even though they still sold me a car without the correct parts, and wont take accountability for it. So I have no working car and the service department in ******* that worked on it last is refusing to work with me after getting into a argument with them about the situation. When I tried to call the service department after calming down after the argument he answered the phone and screamed f*** you into the line. Ultimately their lack of remorse for selling me a car with the incorrect parts is affecting my ability to work because now Im carless. I understand I went over my oil change miles, but the part literally fell off my car and thats what caused the engine to seize. And when trying to receive all service records for the vehicle I was told I would have them emailed to me twice now and still have yet to receive them.

      Thank you for sending us this complaint. I have reviewed the history and spoke to the parties involved. 

      ********************* spoke to both our Service Manager and Customer Relations Manager. Her claim that we put an AC Delco on the car when we did our inspection and oil change is not correct. We put a **** Motorcraft fl-910 on the vehicle which is the correct oil filter for that vehicle and reflected on the repair order which is attached. 

      The vehicle is at *********** who we spoke to. The sticker in the vehicle (photo attached) is the sticker we put in stating that the vehicle needed its next oil change August 2022, at ****** miles. ***** getting this information from ***********, our Service Manager contacted ********************* and she stated when the is*** started, she had to add oil to the vehicle. Most likely what happened was the dirty and bad oil in her vehicle broke down, the engine consumed the remaining oil causing the engine to seize. Our Service Manager explained that had the vehicle been maintained properly we would be able to help in some way but, since the vehicle was not maintained at all we were unable to get anything covered by any warranty. She got very upset, started yelling and threating to *** us. He explained while he understood her frustration that does not change the fact that as the owner of the vehicle shes responsible for the vehicle maintenance and had the maintenance been done correctly this would be a non-is***. ********************* then yelled F_ck You and hung up the phone.

      The next day our customer relations Manager got a call from another person claiming to be an associate of ********************* asking for all service records. This person also left our Service Manager  a voicemail requesting this same information. We have now sent the information to the email ********************* has on this complaint and the one her associate requested We have never received a mail rejection so hopefully she has them.

      I am rejecting this response because: while most of the response is true, they left out the fact that there service manager also cursed at me as well. I have already admitted to not having the vehicle serviced anywhere since buying it which is why the warranty isnt valid, as they have said. But it hasnt been touched since buying it, so they parts on the car are the parts it was sold to me with. Im not sure if something happened to the vehicle when they moved it to a different lot. They did send me service records which I needed to move forward with any lawyer, if thats the only way to resolve this. But the fact still remains that whatever part they claim to put on my car, is not the part that was found on it. One day theyre telling me they could fix it and the next theyre calling to say never mind. The vehicle could have never properly ran with an improper part on it, and I am not the one who placed it there, they are.
