Similar problem as others. Long time customer disappointed in the continuing decline of this company. My last order was for two bags of tea. Delivery included one tea only, which was not one I ordered. No information on the other tea provided and the website shows the order as delivered I've tried email, chat, and the customer service site to get information but there has been no response to any method. No response from their "chat". No response to email. The company's support site just gives me an "invalid email" message even though I'm using the email from the order and, the one they send me countless marketing emails.Initial Complaint

I purchased tea on 5/27/24 after several emails 1 month later part of order was shipped except 1lb London fog tea$57.95. I have been told everything from its being packed and changing over to Shopify lost the order. I have offered to send the email with order details. I placed an order and it was confirmed 5/26/24. I ordered 3 different teas. I received a shipping confirmation 6/16/24 for only one tea. I have not received the other two and attempted 4 times to email and chat without one reply. I also have a credit from my previous order due to receiving less tea than I ordered. They changed the web site and did not retain the customer profiles, so I assume my credit was lost with my previous order history. Im still waiting on my order from 4/6/2024. I have a customer service request chat started in late April with still no resolution. I have been told twice already by the customer service agent that the package is in transit. However when I check **** the tracking states it is still package acceptance pending. This has been the case since 4/19. All I get are excuses after excuses. The most recent one was blaming **** stating that since Steepologie ships orders of 100 packages or more they dont know what **** does with the packages once the manifest is handed to them. However no other online tea supplier I use has these problems and Im pretty darn sure they too ship orders of 100 packages or more on a regular basis.Customer Answer

Hello. I wanted to update you on the status of this complaint. The package did finally start moving on 5/13, the same day I filed the complaint with BBB. Please see the attached PDF for the ongoing conversation with Steepologie customer service. I find it disconcerting that not only have they not apologized once for their error, but they have made conflicting claims multiple times (the package is in transit, it is lost and we had to reissue it, we found the original package and resent it, etc).Initial Complaint

I've tried to cancel a subscription that I didn't know I had. I've emailed 4 times and send chats. In an email they said to go to subscriptions in the order. There isn't a subscriptions section. In their policy it says it can only be done thru chat. They are impossible to reach, their phone number says the mailbox is full. I want to cancel the subscription. I enrolled in automatic shipment of tea monthly from Steepologie. The package was sent out on December 22, 2023 and it is now January 18, ****, and I have still not received the tea. On January 5, someone via chat replied and I canceled by subscription but I still had an order out for which I paid (the order mentioned above). They told me it would still be sent out, yet it hasn't arrived. On January 12, they said they were looking into the matter and would have an answer for me in one business day. It has been several business days since then and no response. I have called and left messages, used their chat and gotten rude and minimal replies which they don't follow up on, emailed, and now I am resorting to reporting them to you all. All I am seeking is a response as to when I will get my tea and of course, delivery of the tea itself.Customer Answer

Aloha I have ordered from Steepologie and I called and emailed them and they will not respond to me. I ordered some teas and they sent me all the wrong teas. The canister says breakfast teas and I got all different kinds of other teas not breakfast teas and I ordered five packs of beet sugar and only got 1 of them I have all the proof I sent them , they will not email me call me back nothing its all silent .. I dont know what to do I what my product I paid for. The 139$ I paid was a special if you ordered a certain amount, you get a small discount ..Initial Complaint

I'm receiving emails and text messages for promotions, after replying with Stop and unsubscribe multiple times. I no longer wish to receive product offerings, and I'm considering this as Spam. Please unsubscribe me from your communications list for both email and Phone.
