    Ordered a drone I saw all over the internet. Was never send a confirmation email, tracking number or any other kind of confirmation. But they did take my money without hesitation or delay. Their site says the item will be posted within three days and delivery by day 10. I ordered on Sept 5th and have emailed Tech Gear Trends twice and called & left voice mail three times with no response. There site says refund within 30 days and we are coming up on that time in three days. I would like them to refund my money. I feel scammed and even more so that they refuse to respond at all. Can you help please BBB?

    I purchased 4 light socket cameras from this company credit card was charged on Feb 12 2023. Product did not arrive until Feb 24 or 25. These were birthday presents for my adult kids. We tried without success multiple times to connect the cameras to the app provided. We were unable to get any of the 4 cameras to work. So I boxed them up and returned them to the mailing address listed on their website. Tech Gear Trends, *****************************************************. I just checked the tracking and it says the box is being returned because the address doesn't exist (or they weren't able to find it or something). I'm beginning ti thunk this company is a scam. I would like a good address where I can return the product and get my money back.

    I ordered 4 WiFi Panorama Cameras from Tech Gear Trends via their web site techgeartrends.com 3 weeks ago. I received the products in a timely manner. Once I received the products I realized that they will not work with the exterior light receptacles that I have on this house. I have attempted to contact the company several times via telephone call and email to ascertain how to ship the products back and receive a full refund. Their website claims a 30 day try out period and "if it doesn't work or you don't like it just send it back for a full refund." I would like for BBB to contact this company and help me find out how to send the product back for a refund.

    On 3/16/2022 I purchase a XR Solutions Fitness App W from techgear trends and the product I received is defective and is completely dead. I tried charging it with the supplied charger but it won't charge. I've contact these people 4 times via email and twice via phone (no answers ever, just: "leave a message and someone will get back to you") but I don't ever get a response. I paid $59.98 for the product. The order number is: EEB4A6C120.
